Affiliate Strategy & Network Development
- Research the market, competitors, and target customer segments.
- Develop and execute an Affiliate Marketing strategy to expand the company’s affiliate network.
- Build and manage a network of Publishers (KOLs/KOCs, influencers) and affiliate partners.
- Collaborate with agencies, MCNs, fan pages, groups, and blogs to drive traffic and sales through platforms like TikTok Shop & Shopee.

Campaign Execution & Publisher Management
- Handle KOL/KOC bookings, product placements in review videos, and livestreams.
- Guide and support Publishers in driving sales to maximize revenue.
- Propose and manage promotional programs, deals, and commission structures for each partner.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce/TikTok team to launch affiliate campaigns.
- Work alongside the ABM Brand team to execute marketing campaigns that support affiliate activities.

Operational & Performance Management
- Organize events, workshops, and offline activities to engage affiliates.
- Manage the affiliate database, recruit and onboard new Publishers.
- Oversee contracts, reconciliation, performance tracking, and monthly reporting.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by Management and BOD.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in business development and affiliate network expansion.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to build and manage a network of Publishers, KOLs/KOCs, and affiliates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for establishing partnerships.
- Ability to strategize and manage community engagement effectively.
- Knowledge of the F&B industry is a plus.
- Proactive, quick learner, and confident in executing new initiatives.
