Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software and digital transformation space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential enterprise clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate software solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's network and brand presence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our software solutions.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the software or digital transformation industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the enterprise sector, with a track record of successful client relationship management.
- Solid understanding of software solutions and digital transformation concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic English is required.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
