Vietnam Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the Vietnam Procurement Office, managing all aspects of procurement, supply chain, quality, and operations.• Led the International Business Unit (IBU), developing strategies and policies to optimize procurement processes.• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for the packaging industry, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional offices to align procurement activities with global standards and objectives.• Establish strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms, resolve issues, and ensure consistent product quality.• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
