• Conduct legal research on Vietnamese laws and relevant cross-border topics under partner/senior guidance.• Draft and review contracts, opinions, and filings; prepare licensing applications, regulatory dossiers and submissions.• Support client matters, due diligence and project management across multiple practice groups.• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervising lawyers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (or equivalent) from a recognized university.• 3-5 years PQE (law firm preferred).• Strong English and Vietnamese (written & spoken); crisp legal writing and research.• Organized, proactive, and collaborative; able to work independently with guidance.
