- Coordinate with Reservation about guest’s booking to Furama Villas.
- Check guest’s profile and villa before their arrival
- Welcoming villas guest upon their check-in
- Assist guests in providing inside and outside tours, restaurants and other resort’s services information upon guest’s request.
- Work closely with Human Resource, Housekeep, Engineering, FB Production, FB Service, Recreation, Garden and security departments to provide services to villas guest or to fix any problems related to Furama Villas.
- Be with the guests, attention to detail and able to anticipate the demand and needs of guests.
- Immediately report to Villas Manager/ Assistant Villas Manager any special require, need or complaint from guests
- Maintain an efficient and effective administrative system for Furama Villas including Cadena system for time attendance record.
- Attend and make the minutes of Furama Villas daily, weekly and monthly briefings.
- Weekly and monthly updates Villas operation to Assistant Villas Manager.
- Supervise the facilities, equipment in the office
- Maintain the data base for all villas
- Daily check satisfaction of all guests staying at the Villas, checking with relevant departments for action needed and reply to guests
- Attend to guest complaints and act accordingly to ensure full recovery and guest’s satisfaction.
- Meet VIPs, perform guest relation duties, and obtain comments and feedback
- Initiate and maintain procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and maximum guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensure all check-in/out procedures are implemented in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure that a strict room key control system is implemented.
- Monitor that all site residents and visitors conduct themselves in accordance with Furama Villa rules and regulations, and take appropriate action when anti-social behavior or unapproved activity is taking place on the estate.
- Liaise with appropriate contractors to fix any problem regarding their services which are supplied to Furama Villas
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Villas Manager or Assistant Villas Manager.
