· Operations and Maintenance Services
· Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email , remote or onsite
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
· Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of the same
· Perform preventive maintenance of telephony systems.
· Research and providing PBX solutions
· Implementing Enterprise Unified Communications.
· Coordinating and working with vendors, carriers on VOIP infrastructure and trunk services.
· Produce and maintain all necessary technical documentation.

1. JOB REQUIREMENT
· Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT, Unified Communications or other related Engineering Field
· At least 1 year of experience working in a helpdesk or technical support environment
· Must be able to demonstrate a customer first approach to support
· Positive, committed, customer-oriented and independent
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
· Highly organised and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks required
· Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required
· Fresh entry level is welcome to apply as training will be provided
2. MORE INFORMATION:
Probationary period: 2 months with fully-paid salary
Age: Unlimited
Working time: Mondays - Fridays (7:45AM - 4:45PM ) & Saturdays (8:30AM- 12:00PM)
