Warehouse & EHS Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:- Ensure smoothly warehouse daily activities related to the stock planning & controlling, inbound & outbound operating, documents checking & filing, …- Manage EHS activities JOB DESCRIPTION:- Ensure smoothly whole procedure of inbound-outbound+ Arrange document & goods accordingly to request + Ensure correct goods & docs related before doing inbound - outbound + Follow first in - first out system+ Check & file all documents according to regulations.+ Do labeling according to company regulations.- Control stock in the warehouse: + Count, monitor & update daily Inventory report. Ensure correct stock between report & actual. + Responsible for material availability to avoid any shortage for production and sales.- Manage goods in the warehouse: create warehouse diagram/layout, arrange goods according to the diagram/layout; update the diagram/layout if any re-arrangement; ensure goods are arranged neatly, reasonably, and in the right place.- Operate forklifts for loading & unloading- Check the status of all equipment in the warehouse such as forklifts truck, forklift fork, forklift ram,…ensure cleanliness, put in the right place and promptly report if any problems for correction on time.- Other tasks assigned by management.- Manage EHS: All warehouse operations must ensure absolute compliance with the Company's operating procedures and Safety and Environmental Hygiene standards.
