Wealth Associate Director - Head Of Private Wealth

• Degree (or higher) in finance, economics, management, or related field• Position requires 8+ year’s financial services operations experience with proven experience in sales management and leadership experience with deep knowledge of high net worth markets• Strong brokerage operational and investment background with a depth of understanding of document, regulatory and process requirements• Strong knowledge of and experience of supporting managed accounts• Preferred candidate with working experience in managing investment portfolio in securities or fund management firms• Detailed understanding of capital markets. Expertise in the financial services industry particularly in Vietnam local market• Proven track record in effective sales management, investment and effective recruitment, selection, and continuous employee development• Sound operational and risk management knowledge• Excellent financial acumen and strong analytical abilities• Result-oriented, proactive and creative• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
