Understanding of media queries, grid/flex layout systems, and mobile-first design principles is a strong plus. [Preference]: Relevant Design Certifications: Possession of certifications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator [Preference]: Motion Graphics or Microinteraction Skills: Experience incorporating animation or micro-interaction elements into web or presentation design is a plus. [Preference]: Experience in Branding & Visual Identity: Applicants with experience in building or maintaining brand visual identity systems—including logo design, color schemes, and typography—will be favorably considered.
