Web Designer

Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Graphic Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in web and presentation design Intermediate or higher English level High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, PowerPoint Deep understanding of UX/UI principles Strong creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork skills [Preference]: Experience in Responsive Web Design: Candidates with hands-on experience designing responsive websites optimized for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) are highly preferred. Understanding of media queries, grid/flex layout systems, and mobile-first design principles is a strong plus. [Preference]: Relevant Design Certifications: Possession of certifications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator [Preference]: Motion Graphics or Microinteraction Skills: Experience incorporating animation or micro-interaction elements into web or presentation design is a plus. [Preference]: Experience in Branding & Visual Identity: Applicants with experience in building or maintaining brand visual identity systems—including logo design, color schemes, and typography—will be favorably considered. [Preference]: Strong Cross-functional Collaboration Experience: Preferred candidates have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, marketing, and content creators. [Preference]: Diverse and High-quality Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a variety of styles, especially projects involving both web UI design and presentation design (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote), is strongly preferred.
