Web & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Web & Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered, visually appealing, and conversion-optimized websites. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Developers to deliver high-quality websites and digital experiences for our clients. You will be involved from initial concept through to final delivery — ensuring both design excellence and technical feasibility.Key Responsibilities: Design responsive website layouts, UI components, and visual systems that align with client branding and performance goals.Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and consistent user experience across platforms.Collaborate with PMs and clients to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.Participate in feedback loops and iterate designs based on stakeholder input and data insights (e.g., heatmaps, analytics).Maintain and improve design quality and consistency across projects by following design system standards.Effectively manage a high volume of projects, balancing speed and quality while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and front-end technologies.Ability to design promotional graphics such as banners and social media posts is a plus
