1. Job Objectives • Create Business Value: Ensure organic search channels become a stable source of qualified leads, supporting sales growth and creating long-term business value for the company. • Lead and Strategize: Proactively research, propose and lead overall SEO strategies, ensuring Onelink’s projects are always at the forefront of the market and outperform competitors.2. Key Responsibilities Strategic SEO & Analysis • Research market trends and competitors to build long-term SEO strategy. • Conduct in-depth data analysis with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc. • Translate insights into tactical recommendations. On-Page & Technical SEO • Ensure website structure is search-engine-friendly, optimizing internal linking and Core Web Vitals. • Monitor and resolve technical issues (broken links, 404s, redirects, canonicalization). • Implement schema markup and advanced SEO techniques. Off-Page SEO • Develop and execute Guest Post strategy for high-quality backlinks. • Build advanced internal linking models and satellite networks (e.g., Social Entity, Stacking). • Build and maintain satellite sites and supporting pages to strengthen domain authority and improve ranking stability.
