Ecommerce Campaign Management: Plan and execute webstore campaigns, from product launches to online sales, ensuring optimization post-launch.Ecommerce Campaign Management: Plan and execute webstore campaigns, including product launches and online sales, and optimize campaign performance post-launch to achieve sales and engagement targets.Technical Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues related to the webstore, collaborating closely with IT teams and external partners to ensure a seamless shopping experience.Website Optimization: Oversee product display, site layout, and presentation to enhance conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall website functionality.Customer Experience (UX): Continuously improve the webstore’s user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation and a streamlined purchase process for customers.Performance Tracking: Analyze eCommerce metrics, including traffic and conversion rates, to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through data-driven insights.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and IT) to align webstore activities with broader business objectives and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for improvements to the webstore.Product Display & Content Management: Ensure that product information, categorization, and pricing are accurate and meet customer expectations for an optimal shopping experience.Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports on webstore performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates, with actionable recommendations for optimization.Marketplace: Collaborate with suppliers and the product team to guarantee the availability of the right stock levels for online, avoiding out-of-stock situations or excess inventory. Implement and manage the marketplace model, allowing external sellers to list and sell their products on our website. Maintain the healthy operation for marketplace activity.

Relevant Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience working with Ecommerce platforms, preferably with Shopify, Haravan, or Sapo.Strong understanding of Ecommerce systems and their processes.Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and initiative skills with a proactive approach to webstore optimization.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.Competency: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)Technical: Expertise in webstore management, digital tools, and UX/UI optimization to drive effective website performance.Operational: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in managing and executing campaigns efficiently.Managerial: Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.Human & Cultural: Team-oriented, strong communicator, and customer-focused, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
