As a Resource Manager, you will play a strategic role in nurturing, developing, and deploying talent effectively to meet dynamic project demands.Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing technology road map - Collaboratively working with project and talent stream for technical issues - Partnering with development functions for demand-supply management - Enable associates to find work aligned to the skills - Well-nourished and well-orchestrated talent management and development - Effective risk management in technical complexity and volatility - Increase of engineering efficiency - Availability of the right technical associates at the right time for the right projects

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must Have:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.- 10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong leadership and organizational development skills.- Proven experience in the embedded systems field and in managing teams of 50+ members.- Solid understanding of software requirements and the software development lifecycle.- Proficiency in V-Model and Agile methodologies for effective project execution.- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor individuals, and support both technical and personal development.- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments and multidisciplinary teams.Nice to Have:- Experience in the automotive embedded systems field.- Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices.- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification(s) preferred.
