As a Workplace and IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, escalating as necessary.
Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Provide statistical reports on IT projects and service desk tickets.
Manage and support end-user devices, ensuring proper configuration and security.
Assist end-users with hardware and software issues.
Help design project plans, coordinate UAT, and implement solutions.
Provide feedback on IT workplace service delivery projects and changes.
Contribute to the Knowledge Database and deliver training sessions.
Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve incidents and negative trends.
Drive continuous improvements in your area of expertise while aligning with Group practices
Perform additional IT tasks as assigned.

Requirement
3-5 years of experience in helpdesk/Azure/O365/workplace engineering.
Must have experience with InTune, Azure, and Office 365 environments.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ-104, MD-102, Cisco, CompTIA).
Skills in automation tools such as PowerShell and scripting.
Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Strong project management skills.
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in technical writing and presentations.
Excellent communication skills in English
