About the RoleWe are looking for a resourceful, self-motivated scriptwriter to produce high-quality scripts for English-language travel videos on YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, has strong research skills, and can create compelling stories with minimal supervision. You will be using AI tools (like ChatGPT) as part of your daily workflow, so prompt-writing proficiency is a must.Responsibilities● Research travel destinations, cultural topics, and human-interest stories in depth● Develop content ideas and shape each video’s narrative independently● Write fluent, natural English scripts suitable for spoken delivery on YouTube● Use AI tools effectively to assist with outlining, drafting, or enhancing scripts● Adapt writing style to match our storytelling tone: immersive, curious, emotionally resonant● Collaborate closely with the video editing team to review and finalize each video○ Ensure the final product follows the intended concept and script○ Check for accuracy of all scenes — no factual errors, misleading imagery, or incorrect context● Deliver scripts on schedule, ready for production without heavy editing

Requirements:● Age: 25–30, with a mature mindset and proactive working style● Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, or related fields● Strong command of English writing (does not require native fluency, but clarity and flow are essential)● Excellent research ability and a curiosity-driven mindset● Able to work independently without a creative team● Familiar with content formats and viewer behavior on YouTube● Proficient in crafting prompts and using AI tools (especially ChatGPT) to support creative writing● High level of responsibility and long-term commitmentPreferred:● Experience in writing for digital media, especially in travel or lifestyle content● Basic understanding of storytelling techniques for online video● A portfolio or writing samples (if available)What You’ll Get:● Base salary from 15 million VND/month, plus performance-based bonuses tied to video revenue● Work location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong — in a proactive and creative environment● Standard office hours, with the option for flexible scheduling based on productivity and responsibility● Training and support in using AI tools for writing and research● Long-term opportunity to grow with a rising international YouTube channel and play a key role in content development
