Trách nhiệm công việc Là một liên lạc quan trọng giữa khách hàng Nhật và nhóm, thúc đẩy việc trao đổi và nắm rõ các yêu cầu kỹ thuật. Quản lý, triển khai công việc team SE. Dịch tài liệu kỹ thuật và các yêu cầu giữa tiếng Nhật và tiếng Việt. Tham gia các cuộc họp với khách hàng để thu thập yêu cầu, cung cấp thông tin kỹ thuật và đề xuất giải pháp. Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật chuyên biệt cho việc xử lý sự cố và giải quyết vấn đề. Hợp tác với các nhà phát triển và kỹ sư để thiết kế và triển khai hệ thống phần mềm và ứng dụng. Tiến hành kiểm tra hệ thống và tham gia vào quy trình bảo đảm chất lượng. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiến độ và sản phẩm của dự án. Bảo quản tài liệu liên quan đến cấu hình hệ thống, quy trình và thủ tục. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Thành thạo tiếng Nhật N2 trở lên. Mục tiêu chính là quản lý đội ngũ bán hàng thực hiện nhiệm vụ bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng. Cập nhật và trao đổi với cấp quản lý về hiệu suất bán hàng và tiến độ đạt chỉ tiêu. 3. Quản lý & tạo động lực cho đội nhóm: Dẫn dắt và tạo động lực cho đội ngũ bán hàng Giám sát và đánh giá hiệu suất bán hàng: Theo dõi các chỉ số chính, cung cấp phản hồi và xác định các lĩnh vực cần cải thiện. Giải quyết xung đột và vấn đề hiệu suất của nhóm Tìm kiếm ứng viên, tuyển dụng nhân viên mới, hỗ trợ thủ tục đầu vào và thủ tục nghỉ việc cho nhân viên trong team. Xây dựng đội ngũ bán hàng mạnh, bền vững và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy trình tuyển dụng, nghỉ việc của công ty.
