We are looking for an experienced Import–Export Executive with strong expertise in trading operations, shipment handling, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in import–export within the chemical industry (preferred: paint, ink, cosmetics, food ingredients, or related chemical sectors). This position also plays a crucial role in demand planning to support purchasing accuracy and inventory optimization.Key Responsibilities 1. Phòng ban - Department/Section: Phòng Quản lý chuỗi Cung ứng / SCMBáo cáo trực tiếp cho - Report to: Trưởng phòng Quản lý chuỗi Cung ứng / SCM ManagerJob Purpose Summary / Tóm tắt mục đích công việc:• Control all Purchasing plan activities• Report all related issue to SCM Manager/SCM Assistant Manager.• Quản lý toàn bộ việc lên kế hoạch cho các hoạt động của bộ phận mua hàng• Báo cáo trực tiếp các vấn đề phát sinh cho trường phòng Xuất nhập khẩu và thu muaDescription of responsibilities / Mô trách nhiệm:• Manage Material planning team for UHAN: Load FCST, release PR, WO, CTB...• Work with PM, Purchasing team about material plan to avoid line down & excess.• MPS & reschedule report• Manpower arrangement for the team• Other tasks assign by AM/MG• Quản lý kế hoạch nguyên vật liệu cho nhà máy Việt Nam: Upload dữ liệu dự báo đặt hàng lên hệ thống; phát hành các yêu cầu đặt hàng/ lệnh sản xuất; kiểm tra khả năng sản xuất dựa trên kế hoạch nguyên vật liệu…• Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan: PM, nhóm mua hàng về kế hoạch nguyên vật liệu để tránh dừng line và thừa nguyên vật liệu.• Sắp xếp nhân sự hợp lý cho nhóm kế hoạch nguyên vật liệu.• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng/ Phó phòng.
