Infrastructure Management:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to handle large datasets using both on-premise and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Implement and manage data storage solutions, including databases and data lakes, ensuring data integrity and performance. Data Integration:Integrate data from various internal and external sources such as databases, APIs, flat files, and streaming data.Ensure data consistency, quality, and reliability through rigorous validation and transformation processes. ETL Development: Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading into data warehouses and lakes. Optimize ETL workflows to ensure efficient processing and minimize data latency. Data Quality & Governance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Develop data governance frameworks and policies to manage data lifecycle, metadata, and lineage. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and developers to understand their data needs and provide technical support. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the AI and data teams and other technical teams.Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in data infrastructure and pipeline processes.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data engineering and big data

Involving in data science/AI projects from beginning to delivery. Analyzing, proposing, developing, and evaluating solutions to solve our clients’ business problems.Collaborating with our PMs or other stakeholders to define project plan/ roadmap.Collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for modeling.Deploying and monitoring the AI systems. Continuously learning to keep up with the rapid changes in the field of AI.

Design and maintain System Test strategy, scenarios, and automation for Fraud microservices.Implement and execute System Tests on CI/CD pipelines (Harness/Jenkins) integrated with NEF.Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.Create, maintain, and verify mocks/stubs (WireMock) to simulate upstream/downstream dependencies.Collaborate closely with Developers, QEs, and BAs to validate system behavior and resolve integration issues.Monitor and analyze System Test execution results, logs, and metrics to identify root causes and trends.Maintain test artefacts (test cases, runbooks, reports) and ensure alignment with platform standards.Support knowledge sharing across team members.Promote and apply shift-left testing strategies throughout the development lifecycle.

About TymeX TymeX is Tyme Group's Technology & Product Development Hub with a global mission to become serial bank builders. Our Financial Crime platform plays a critical role in protecting customers and the bank from fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes using advanced data, analytics, AI, and automation. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer to join our Financial Crime team. You’ll be part of the group responsible for building and maintaining high-performance data pipelines that drive fraud detection, entity resolution, and compliance analytics across Tyme’s ecosystem. You’ll work with large, complex datasets in Databricks, integrate data from multiple systems in real time and batch, and help design the data foundation for real-time risk detection and case management. Key Responsibilities:Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines using Python and PySpark to collect and transform data from multiple sources (transactions, KYC, AML, authentication, devices, logs, etc.). Proficiency in SQL (PostGres preferred) Design and maintain data model that support Financial Crime/Fraud detection, profiling, and entity resolution. Implement data quality checks and ensure data reliability across environments. Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, Compliance, Operations and our Product/Feature teams to operationalize models and rules. Utilize jobs, workflows, APIs and streaming to  manage large-scale data processing workloads. Integrate with external systems (e.g. sanctions, ID&V, biometrics and authentication systems) to enrich risk and identity data. Support automation and monitoring of ETL processes to improve operational efficiency.
