General InformationAs a Mid- Senior Level AI Engineer, you will build upon foundational knowledge to independently design, develop, and maintain AI systems. You are adept at leveraging machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks, capable of taking a specific project, breaking it down into necessary steps, and executing them autonomously. You serve as a crucial bridge between high-level concepts and detailed implementation, ensuring the successful execution of AI initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely as a project team to lead in the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from gathering business requirements to solution delivery, and deliver project outcomes to internal stakeholders or external customers.Engages with clients to understand business needs, present findings, and align technical work with stakeholder goals.Owns planning of assigned modules, contributes to task breakdown, estimation, and milestone alignment, and supports backlog grooming discussions.Leads development of a complete module or sub-system (e.g., full model training pipeline or certain solution direction). Can propose solution design, test, and iterate independently. Coordinates with project lead to align with project needs.Provides structured feedback to junior members, supports onboarding, and contributes to skill-building within the project team.Proactive in contributing to the growth of internal capabilities (e.g., training, knowledge-sharing, framework design).Designing and implementing AI solutions for customer use cases, often leveraging core products and frameworks specific to the company (e.g., Google's TensorFlow, DataFlow, and Vertex AI).Developing scalable AI systems and designing/building algorithms that automate predictive data models.Creating and managing the AI development and production infrastructure, including automating AI infrastructures for data science teams.Building AI models from scratch and transforming machine learning models into APIs that can be seamlessly integrated with other applications.Leading software engineering efforts for AI systems, which involves writing production-ready code optimized for existing and upcoming architectures (e.g., Intel architectures).Participating in all phases of AI solutions development, from requirements definition and design to development, deployment, integration, maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring.Collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements, ensure seamless progress, and facilitate AI adoption and best practices.Driving scalability improvements and introducing new capabilities in machine learning platforms, often working across the full stack on tools and infrastructure that empower machine learning teams.Conducting statistical analysis and interpreting results to guide and optimize organizational decision-making processes.

Job Purpose- The job holder is responsible for designing and developing programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from disparate sources and implement complex business logic as needed with the available data processing tools.- The job holder will be responsible for integrating new data sources to increase throughput of existing systems, managing data pipelines that facilitate robust analysis, and sourcing và preparing data to ensure data completeness on metadata platforms.Key Accountabilities (1)Data Architecture- Deliver functionality required for business and data analysts, data scientists and other business roles to advance the overall analytic performance and strategy of the bank- Build the best practices and strategies for data infrastructure to fulfill data analytic and utilization needs of the business with emerging latest technologies and capabilities.- Proactively drive the effort of identifying opportunities to manage data and provide solutions for complex data feeds within the bank.- Evaluate various data architectures in the bank and utilize them to develop data solutions to meet business requirements.- Drive the delivery of data products and services into systems and business processes in compliance with internal regulatory requirements.- Oversee the review of internal and external business and product requirements for data operations and activity and suggests changes and upgrades to systems and storage to accommodate ongoing needs.Key Accountabilities (2)Data Integration- Strategically obtain and integrate data and information from various sources into the firm’s platforms, solutions and statistical models.- Lead discussion with Data Scientists to understand the data requirements and create re-usable data assets to enable data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models faster.- Design, build, and maintain optimized data pipelines and ETL solutions as business support tools in providing analysis and real time analytics platform for critical decision making.- Ensure data assets are organized and stored in an efficient way so that information is high quality, reliable, flexible, and efficient.Key Accountabilities (3)Project Management- Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at high performance.- Work with team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks, conduct post mortem and root cause analysis to help squads continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.Talent Development- Mentor and coach junior fellows into fully competent Data Engineers.- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Quality Management  Accountable for all quality aspects in multiple squads or multiple sub-domains. Define and align with stakeholders (HO, PQEM, EM) on the testing strategy and approach.  Participate in the strategic delivery planning of the squads and domain. Promote and implement Shift-Left testing and Automation first. Maintain and enforce testing approach, best practices, align/adapt to the global processes. Understanding the testing challenges/blockers, be an escalation point for quality issues and help to resolve them. Participate in software development process including fixing complex production code, reviewing code, and contributing to software design, if required. Drive the design, implementation, maintenance of automation frameworks and CI/CD integration. Manage all the stages of testing (ST, ST +1, SIT) and the SIT environment.  Define, monitor and report the quality metrics.  Manage release testing activities. review, sign-off testing results.  2. Talent Management  Recruit and make QE hiring decision.  Participate in planning and allocating QEs across multiple squads.  Build a strong team culture and foster employee engagement. 3. Performance Management  Define the QE goals based on the domain and QE center’s priorities. Have development/career plans and 1-1 for team members. Provide feedback and assess the performance on a quarter/annual basis. 4. Capability Building  Identify gaps, organize training for upskilling the QE capabilities. Train and enable senior QEs to take leadership roles.  Contribute to building cross-domain capabilities for NAB. 5. Innovation  Drive, contribute towards innovation in QE processes/tools and domain’s innovations. Support the QE colleagues to stay on top of the latest testing technology trends. Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time

Develop application in PC related to communication and controlling computer monitor.Collaborate with other team members and team leader to figure out customer's requirement. Cooperate with other teams from Headquarter to develop and maintain application. Ensure the performance and quality of application.Deliver the internal training regarding technical and process for junior members.

- Đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ, an toàn và hiệu quả kinh tế.
- Giao tiếp làm việc với các đơn vị liên quan như Chủ đầu t (CĐT), Ban QLDA, các Nhà thầu phụ, Nhà cung cấp, Tổ đội thi công.
- Phối hợp làm việc với các bộ phận thiết kế, kế toán, vật tư.
- Nghiệm thu chất lượng, khối lượng

-Quét rác trên các tuyến đường, vỉa hè, khu dân cư, công viên, trường học, bệnh viện, nhà máy, v.v.
-Thu gom rác vào dụng cụ chứa (xe đẩy, bao rác, thùng rác…).
-Phân loại rác cơ bản
-Đổ rác vào điểm tập kết hoặc xe thu gom đúng quy định.
-Làm sạch bụi bẩn, lá cây, rác vụn, vỏ hộp, bao bì nhựa,…
-Đảm bảo khu vực được giao luôn sạch sẽ, thông thoáng, không để rác tồn đọng.
-Báo cáo nếu phát hiện các vấn đề bất thường như: rác thải nguy hại, vật sắc nhọn, xác động vật,...
-Bảo quản và sử dụng đúng cách các công cụ lao động: chổi, xẻng, xe đẩy, găng tay,...
