- Quản lý toàn bộ các mảng công việc tại khu đô thị bao gồm vận hành, lập kế hoạch, lập ngân sách, quản lý nhân sự tại tất cả các mảng dịch vụ của khu đô thị nhằm đạt được mục tiêu hài lòng của cư dân/khách hàng;- Duy trì và đảm bảo các dịch vụ được thực hiện với tác phong chuyên nghiệp và kịp thời, đạt tiêu chuẩn (Chăm sóc khách hàng, Dịch vụ tiện ích, Kỹ thuật, Houskeeping, An ninh…);- Kiểm soát hệ thống, tình trạng vệ sinh, an toàn lao động, PCCC của khu căn hộ/biệt thự theo tiêu chuẩn;- Thiết lập, xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ hợp tác, tin cậy với khách hàng, đối tác, nhà cung cấp, cơ quan quản lý nhà nước;- Tổ chức triển khai các hoạt động cộng đồng và thông tin đến cư dân đầy đủ;- Tổ chức các cuộc họp định kỳ với Ban Quản trị tại khu vực quản lý;- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và quản lý toàn bộ đội ngũ nhân viên tại BQL;- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của CBLĐ;

• Lập kế hoạch và triển khai kế hoạch theo kế hoạch kinh doanh đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất và kinh doanh của công ty. Triển khai lệnh sản xuất, giám sát kế hoạch sản xuất, đơn hàng và tiến độ trả hàng.• Tổ chức phân công, điều động nhân sự trong bộ phận thuộc phạm vi quản lý. Đề xuất xử lý và xử lý nhân viên thuộc phạm vi quản lý vi phạm qui chế và qui trình sản xuất.• Xây dựng năng lực sản xuất, định biên nhân sự, quy trình sản xuất cho toàn phân xưởng.• Lập kế hoạch bảo dưỡng, bảo trì thiết bị.• Quản lý định mức tiêu hao vật tư chính, vật tư phụ, tỉ lệ sản phẩm hỏng tại phân xưởng.• Kiểm soát việc duy trì thực hiện, lưu giữ đầy đủ hồ sơ tài liệu của phân xưởng sản xuất theo đúng yêu cầu ISO.• Có khả năng đàm phán với khách hàng.• Thực hiện các công việc khác được phân công bởi cấp trên.• Đọc và sử dụng thành thạo bản vẽ CAD

• Execute established processes and audit measures to support and meet customers’ requirements at agreed level.• Execute and adhere to customers service requirements from LPs/FAPs to Bookings, Cargo movement, Data Transmission, Invoicing.• Problem Resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to customer service supervisor/manager when there are potential costs impact and service issues.• Review and propose processes which will help to achieve cost savings and ensure profitability• Monitor established processes and audit measures to support and meet customers’ requirements at agreed level.• Monitor and guide Customer service representative (CSR) to comply with customers’ and vendors’ requirements• Ensure periodic variances explanations for KPI performance measurement are provided in timely and accurate manner.• Periodic review of costs and revenue, and ensure APLL continues to make money in all service provided.• Continuously identify service gaps, make recommendations and implement solutions to enhance greater customers’ satisfaction.• Continuously intensify relationship with vendors and customers in order to maintain and protect company business.• Oversee and maintain team reports, ensure required reports / data are provided in timely and accurate manner.• Support Customer service supervisor (CSS) in managing carriers, forwarders, other service providers to ensure compliance to customers’ requirements.• Plan, schedule, coordinate and set priorities work for the team, ensure proper assignment and adequate manning of facilities.• Assist CSS in training CSR to meet the demands of customers in a professional manner.• Assist CSS to coordinate and manage CSR when necessary• Support and develop Vendor Logistics Program with the aim of deepening business relationship and securing new businesses.
