The Purpose of the Job: To support the effective implementation of environmental initiatives at the factory, manage ISO 14001 documentation, and coordinate HSE recordkeeping across Safety, Environment, and Clinic functions. The role ensures that on-site environmental practices are maintained and that all HSE-related documents are up-to-date, well-organized, and audit-ready, in line with legal and customer expectations.Principle Accountabilities1. Environmental Monitoring, Waste Management, Chemical Management, Water Usage, Wastewater Management, Air Emission • Conduct regular walk-throughs to monitor environmental implementation and ensure alignment with legal regulations, customer regulations, HSE standards. • Monitor environmental initiatives on-site such as energy saving, waste sorting, emission reduction, and water reuse ensure compliance with LTP Group’s ESG Strategy, environmental regulations and customer requirements. • Coordinate with all departments to ensure environmental practices are implemented and sustained. • Plan and supervise the implementation of environmental monitoring, and propose improvement actions to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and customer requirements. • Supervise daily waste classification, storage, and disposal activities to ensure compliance and traceability. • Monitor chemical usage and storage; ensure chemical control practices comply with applicable regulations and brand requirements, including MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List). • Support improvements in safe handling, labelling, and organization of chemical substances on-site. • Operate the domestic wastewater treatment system to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and customer requirements. • Calculate and monitor carbon emissions, and develop improvement measures to ensure ongoing reduction and compliance with environmental goals.2. As Variety Specialist you are an integral part of our Breeding team, with specific responsibility for conducting trials of specific lowland crops with detailed description of varieties and collection of market and variety information from the South area. Your work will adhere to the standards of the breeding department and company policies, contributing to product development. You share knowledge about the product and variety value, as well as market insights; collaborate closely with the growers, sales and product development team, chain specialist, trial team, crop specialists and breeders. Also, you organize the breeding trials and participate at product development activities on business needs.
