Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.Website: https://aeonmall-vietnam.com/vi/tuyen-dung/Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility & Security Officer in AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe.+ Working location: 6th floor, UST Tower, 639 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays+ Report to: Manager+ Main function: To ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of a shopping mall by coordinating with service providers, handling tenant and building owner relations, maintaining facilities and security standards, and overseeing operational procedures.1. Monitor and assess the service performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (service provider) and provide recommendations for quality enhancement and cost efficiency (10%);2. Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to address tenant-related incidents involving equipment and technical systems, such as water leaks, malfunctioning roller shutters, power outages, and other similar issues (10%);3. Present the shopping mall’s operational procedures and regulations to tenants, suppliers, and vendors, and ensure their proper implementation (10%);4. Maintain a strong relationship with the building owner to ensure timely monthly inspections, payments, and smooth operational arrangements (15%);5. Parking Fee management to make sure in / out cost in balance (10%);6. Follow all fit out works, renovation, event setting up in shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any (10%);7. Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from Management (10%);8. Regularly patrol around shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services providing to customers in good condition (10%);9. Coordinate with the building owner on situations that impact operations and effectively connect multiple parties to collaborate on solutions (10%);10. Other duties as assigned (5%).
