Vận hành ứng dụng Công nghệ Thông tin: - Thực hiện vận hành, giám sát hàng ngày và bảo trì các ứng dụng để đảm bảo vận hành hệ thống ổn định và hiệu quả - Xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn vận hành hệ thống 2. Hỗ trợ ứng dụng Công nghệ Thông tin: - Hỗ trợ các bộ phận nghiệp vụ trong việc xử lý lỗi/sự cố hàng ngày ở cấp độ 2[HTX1] [DNQ2] - Phân tích các lỗi xảy ra ở môi trường Product, theo dõi các giải pháp xử lý lỗi từ đội dự án hoặc đối tác để phản hồi kịp lúc cũng như đảm bảo xử lý đúng tiến độ - Thu thập, đánh giá nhu cầu sử dụng của người dùng và theo dõi, cung cấp thông tin năng lực của các ứng dụng tương ứng để lập kế hoạch bổ sung và quy hoạch năng lực xử lý cho các ứng dụng - Xác định mức độ sẵn sàng của ứng dụng/ giải pháp khi tiếp nhận vận hành để đảm bảo hệ thống đủ điều kiện hoạt động 3. • Mục tiêu: o Đảm bảo tiến độ và chi phí dự án được kiểm soát đúng theo kế hoạch; o Đảm bảo các cấp lãnh đạo được báo cáo tình hình dự án thường xuyên và chi tiết;• Trách nhiệm: • Lập và kiểm soát tiến độ dự án o Tiếp nhận kế hoạch khái quát từ Giám đốc dự án; o Làm việc với chỉ huy trưởng, nhận thông tin để lập và cập nhật tiến độ chi tiết các hạng mục dự án trên phần mềm MS Project/Primavera, từ đó xác định các công việc trên đường găng và kế hoạch nguồn lực nhân công, vật tư, và chi phí; o Theo dõi tiến độ công tác thiết kế và đấu thầu/mua sắm để báo cáo Giám đốc dự án và Chỉ huy trưởng; o Thúc giục và kiểm tra bảng tiến độ ban đầu của các nhà thầu phụ trước khi trình Chỉ huy trưởng phê duyệt, đảm bảo tiến độ của nhà thầu bám theo tiến độ đề ra từ Giám đốc dự án, cập nhật vào bảng tiến độ kế hoạch tổng của dự án; o Đi kiểm tra thực tế, rà soát tiến độ thi công trên công trường, cập nhật tiến độ thi công thực tế, báo cáo Giám đốc dự án; o So sánh tiến độ thi công thực tế với tiến độ kế hoạch, chỉ ra các công việc nào trên đường găng bị trượt tiến độ phải tập trung nguồn lực và giải quyết gấp, gửi Giám đốc dự án và Chỉ huy trưởng; o Tham gia các cuộc họp tiến độ với các nhà thầu phụ và các bên liên quan;• Báo cáo tình hình thực hiện của dự án o Hàng ngày yêu cầu các bộ phận hiện trường gửi báo cáo các công tác thực hiện trong ngày theo mẫu, tổng hợp thành báo cáo ngày gửi Giám đốc dự án, Chỉ huy trưởng, và Ban lãnh đạo vào cuối ngày; o Tổng hợp từ các bộ phận hiện trường để gửi báo cáo tổng kết công tác tuần, các vướng mắc, và kế hoạch tuần sau vào cuối mỗi tuần; o Làm báo cáo sản lượng hàng tháng; o Làm các báo cáo đánh giá tình hình thực hiện dự án và báo cáo dự đoán kết quả dự án theo hướng dẫn và yêu cầu của Giám đốc dự án; o Theo dõi và quản lý rủi ro của toàn dự án, báo cáo Giám đốc dự án; o Chuẩn bị các tài liệu dự án theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc dự án.• Trình và ban hành hồ sơ thiết kế o Nhận hồ sơ thiết kế từ Tư vấn thiết kế, phối hợp với các bên để trình duyệt Chủ đầu tư, và theo dõi quá trình phê duyệt hồ sơ thiết kế của Chủ đầu tư để đạt code A,B; o Khi nhận hồ sơ thiết kế được phê duyệt, ban hành hồ sơ cho công trường; o Cập nhật danh mục theo dõi hồ sơ thiết kế, cập nhật ngay khi nhận được hồ sơ mới (cả bản cứng và mềm); o Cập nhật bảng kê các thay đổi thiết kế; o Lập bảng kê các vấn đề vướng mắc thiếu thiết kế, cập nhật cuối hàng tuần để báo cáo Giám đốc dự án.• Tổng hợp bản vẽ hoàn công o Căn cứ từ danh mục theo dõi hồ sơ thiết kế và bảng kê thay đổi thiết kế, làm hồ sơ bản vẽ hoàn công gửi Chỉ huy trưởng ký duyệt; o Phối hợp với Chỉ huy trưởng đốc thúc các nhà thầu phụ làm hồ sơ hoàn công, tích hợp hồ sơ hoàn công của thầu phụ vào hồ sơ hoàn công tổng thầu;• Các chỉ số đánh giá hoàn thành công việc (KPIs) o Tỷ lệ các bảng kế hoạch tiến độ, nguồn lực, chi phí được cập nhật đạt yêu cầu; o Tỷ lệ các báo cáo được lập kịp thời và chính xác; o Tỷ lệ bản vẽ đáp ứng cho quá trình triển khai thi công và lưu trữ an toàn; o Tỷ lệ bản vẽ hoàn công chính xác, đầy đủ và kịp thời cho việc thanh quyết toán công trình;
