Quản lý tài liệu dự án đầy đủ – chuyên nghiệp Chuẩn hóa tài liệu: Project Charter, kế hoạch dự án, tài liệu BRD, UAT, Handover… Lưu trữ tập trung (SharePoint, Notion, Google Drive) để phục vụ đào tạo – tái sử dụng. Hỗ trợ đội ngũ vận hành trong việc tiếp nhận và duy trì hệ thống sau triển khai. Tổ chức đào tạo – truyền thông nội bộ Phối hợp với bộ phận vận hành/đào tạo để xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn người dùng. Tổ chức training, onboarding hệ thống cho giáo viên, nhân viên, trưởng trung tâm. Truyền thông hiệu quả về giá trị và lợi ích của hệ thống sau triển khai. Hỗ trợ hoạch định chiến lược công nghệ Góp ý vào roadmap sản phẩm, cải tiến hệ thống từ góc nhìn người dùng. Thu thập phản hồi thực tế từ các trung tâm để điều chỉnh tính năng phù hợp. Kết nối giữa mục tiêu tăng trưởng của công ty và kế hoạch công nghệ trung – dài hạn. Xây dựng và cải tiến quy trình quản lý dự án nội bộ Đề xuất và chuẩn hóa các phương pháp quản lý phù hợp (Agile/Scrum/Kanban). Góp phần xây dựng năng lực cho đội PM/BA nội bộ (mentor, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm).
