Tham mưu đề xuất các giải pháp công nghệ, xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn thiết bị.- Xây dựng, triển khai, đánh giá, báo cáo, ghi nhận, hoàn thiện kịch bản khắc phục sự cố nhằm đảm bảo hệ thống hạ tầng luôn hoạt động ổn định.- Xây dựng và thực hiện các giải pháp tối ưu hóa hệ thống quản trị, tham gia đánh giá các điểm yếu, lỗ hổng bảo mật hệ thống để đảm bảo hệ thống luôn hoạt động tối ưu và an toàn.- Tham gia xây dựng phương án kỹ thuật và triển khai các dự án hạ tầng mạng của Tập đoàn Bảo Việt.
