Chủ động tổng hợp dữ liệu ngành, phân tích hành vi người dùng và mô hình phân phối để đưa ra đề xuất tối ưu hóa kênh Bancassurance. Tham gia hoạch định các chương trình hợp tác chiến lược với ngân hàng: đàm phán điều khoản, xây dựng kế hoạch doanh thu, cơ chế chia sẻ dữ liệu và tích hợp quy trình. Tư vấn cải tiến hệ thống báo cáo phân tích hiệu suất kênh: xây dựng dashboard, bộ chỉ số đo lường, cảnh báo rủi ro và dự báo tăng trưởng. Tham gia kiểm tra các mô hình dịch vụ của các đối tác ngân hàng để đảm bảo tính thống nhất, hiệu quả và khả năng tích hợp sản phẩm bảo hiểm. Đóng góp vào việc xây dựng chiến dịch tiếp thị lớn, định hướng nội dung và thông điệp truyền thông cho các sản phẩm Bancassurance. Đại diện công ty trong các hội thảo chuyên đề, diễn đàn ngành, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm phát triển kênh phân phối bảo hiểm qua ngân hàng.Trách nhiệm chính (2)2. Điều phối hoạt động bán hàng và nâng cao hiệu suất vận hànhGiám sát tổng thể hoạt động bán hàng qua kênh ngân hàng, đảm bảo phù hợp với chiến lược và kế hoạch của công ty. Thiết kế và triển khai các chương trình bán hàng theo khu vực, sản phẩm và nhóm khách hàng: incentive, thử nghiệm, đo lường kết quả. Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các Quản lý khu vực trong việc quản trị hiệu suất, giải quyết vướng mắc và xử lý khiếu nại khách hàng phức tạp. Phân tích và tư vấn nâng cấp hệ thống hỗ trợ bán hàng: CRM, công cụ tư vấn, báo cáo KPI và quy trình phản hồi nội bộ. Tham gia vào việc lập kế hoạch ngân sách bán hàng hằng năm, dự báo doanh số, phân tích nguồn lực và đề xuất tối ưu chi phí. Phối hợp kiểm tra tính tuân thủ quy trình nghiệp vụ tại các đơn vị tuyến đầu: xử lý sai lệch, cải thiện chất lượng và hạn chế rủi ro hoạt động. Thực hiện rà soát định kỳ các tiêu chuẩn vận hành và dịch vụ khách hàng theo bộ tiêu chí Bancassurance.Trách nhiệm chính (3)3. Quản trị chất lượng dịch vụ và phát triển nguồn nhân lựcHướng dẫn xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ trong toàn bộ kênh Bancassurance: hành vi ứng xử, quy trình nghiệp vụ, thời gian xử lý yêu cầu. Giám sát và phân tích phản hồi khách hàng để phát hiện xu hướng, điểm nghẽn và đề xuất cải tiến dịch vụ. Tư vấn xây dựng chiến lược phát triển năng lực cho đội ngũ bán hàng: khung năng lực, lộ trình thăng tiến, khung đánh giá hiệu quả. Thiết kế nội dung các chương trình đào tạo chuyên sâu, kết hợp e-learning và coaching thực tế nhằm nâng cao kỹ năng tư vấn. Hỗ trợ triển khai các chương trình gắn kết đội ngũ, lan toả văn hoá doanh nghiệp và giá trị thương hiệu tại tuyến đầu bán hàng.
