This strategic move reflects the bank’s ambition to become a technology-driven digital banking leader, not only rebuilding its entire system from scratch but also laying the foundation to replicate and transfer this model to other member units within the VPBank ecosystem.II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESReceive, analyze, assess, and coordinate the handling of IT service requests related to data (ETL, DWH, BI, reporting, integration, etc.).Collaborate with technical teams (development, operations, data architecture, data governance, etc.) to implement data solutions and services based on user requirements.Manage the data service portfolio, including support for reporting, dashboards, queries, and data sharing for business units.Monitor SLAs and service quality, and coordinate the resolution of incidents and issues.Participate in the end-to-end request lifecycle management — from intake, analysis, prioritization, implementation, testing, to acceptance.Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent platforms.Ensure all services comply with information security policies, access controls, and data governance standards.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and reduce turnaround time for recurring requests.
