Managing Stakeholders- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and process improvements by leveraging organization data to drive business solutions.Identify and communicate to stakeholders the insights from opportunities and obstacles perspectives based on market data gathered.D. At Division: the key accountability will including:- Participate in coordination with the professional unit to check the development results, to ensure that the application meets the requirements agreed with the business unit.- Prepare and issue user manuals for technology products.- Participate in direct training on products and technology features for IT support department and professional staff if necessary.

What this role owns: Hands-on security for mobile apps and web services. You run penetration tests, review source code, build threat models, and produce actionable fixes that engineers can implement. Functional Duties ● Build and maintain modern web and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary frontend frameworks. ● Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, maintainable, and scalable front-end code. ● Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and data services. ● Ensure performance, scalability, stability, and maintainability of front-end systems. ● Maintain documentation for front-end components, coding standards, and technical decisions.  2. Team Leadership & Architecture ● Lead front-end architecture design and enforce coding standards across the FE team. ● Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed consistently. ● Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers to accelerate their growth. ● Assign tasks based on team strengths, workload, and project priorities. ● Identify front-end technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. ● Participate in the hiring process, including interviews and technical assessments.  3. Reporting & Monitoring ● Report team progress, blockers, and technical risks to the Tech Lead and PDM. ● Monitor workloads, delivery timelines, and quality of front-end deliverables. ● Oversee FE team operations in the absence of the Tech Lead or PDM. ● Proactively track and resolve performance, stability, and UX issues. Cross-functional Collaboration ● Collaborate with the Tech Lead to align front-end solutions with overall system architecture. ● Work with the PDM on estimation, planning, refinement, and feasibility checks. ● Coordinate with backend, QA, and design teams to ensure seamless cross-team workflows and high-quality delivery.

- Develop export sales for fruit-based products including IQF fruits, fruit purée, NFC/FC juices, and concentrated fruit juices.Identify, approach, and acquire new international B2B customers such as importers, distributors, food processors, beverage manufacturers, and global F&B companies.- Explore and expand new markets in alignment with the company’s international business strategy.- Propose suitable sales strategies, product solutions, and market entry plans based on customer and market insights.- Understand customers’ technical requirements (Brix level, color, viscosity, IQF size, packaging, etc.) and provide appropriate product recommendations.- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Production, QC/QA, Logistics) to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time and according to agreed specifications.- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, sales contracts, and related documentation.- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and Incoterms with customers to ensure win–win agreements.- Work with logistics and supply chain teams to arrange export procedures, cold-chain logistics, documentation, and shipment scheduling.- Conduct market research on global trends, seasonal raw material supply, pricing, and product demand.- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market updates, customer activities, risks, and new business opportunities.- Represent the company at major international exhibitions such as Thaifex, SIAL, Anuga, Gulfood, ..., and other industry events.

IS Monitoring: Monitor detecting all attack events/incidents as quickly as possible (realtime) based on events aggregated from security systems as well as other technology components.Then alert relevant departments to investigate and react to that event/incident.Key Accountabilities (1)1. Information Security Red team:- Implement the strategy to ensure information security:+ Participate in the implementation of the Information Security strategy by providing input data on attack trends, forms of exploitation and risks arising in each period.+ Participate in the implementation of the annual information security implementation plan, meet the business and operational needs of the company through the implementation of information security testing programs for the technology activities of the company.+ Develop penetration testing methods, information security scanning scripts and security checks according to international standards such as OSSTMM, Sans and OWASP.+ Develop new techniques, exploit scripts and programs for automated penetration testing- Perform test attack activities:+ Directly perform vulnerability detection review, vulnerability assessment, and conduct penetration/exploit testing periodically or at the request of the Block leader for all systems/applications ; Penetration testing for system/application after live detection or whenever undergoing a major change. Testing methods must ensure practicality including both technical (technology) and non-technical (people, processes, physical assets). From there, provide CISO as well as other Information Security departments to have programs to deal with the problems of system weaknesses that can be exploited.+ Perform regular vulnerability scans, information security checks to find vulnerabilities in the system and provide remedial / remedial solutions; supports maintaining compliance with world security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SCP (swift).+ Develop and manage vulnerability management program, threat intelligence database.
