Purpose of this position/Position summaryThe Aftermarket Sales Engineer is responsible in driving revenue growth through the identification and development of aftermarket sales opportunities in Vietnam. WORKING SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS (Please Read Carefully)To ensure effective collaboration with the US team, this position operates on a specific schedule. We value transparency and want to ensure this aligns with your lifestyle before you apply:Early Schedule: Work starts at 6:00 AM (Vietnam Time) on remote days (Tue-Fri) to facilitate direct syncs with US stakeholders.Critical Availability: While we respect personal time, this role requires a "First Responder" mindset. Process & Delivery Management (60%)• Scrum Master Role: Facilitate stand-ups, proactively identify blockers, and ensure the Engineering team has everything they need to run smoothly.• Project Manager Role: Monitor timelines, manage risks, and provide transparent status reports to the Director of Operations. Đối chiếu kết quả kiểm tra thực tế với dữ liệu do nhân viên chứng từ cung cấp Phát hiện và báo cáo vấn đề bất thường liên quan tới hàng hóa cho cấp quản lý trực tiếp để được hướng dẫn xử lý. Ghi nhận thông tin bất thường vào chứng từ theo quy trình, quy định đã được hướng dẫn. Bốc xếp hàng, scan Barcode, kiểm tra việc Nhập-Xuất hàng hóa theo yêu cầu. Kiểm tra tình trạng các thiết bị, công cụ, dụng cụ (xe nâng tay, thang, pallet ....) trước khi sử dụng, đảm bảo an toàn trong quá trình vận hành. Phát hiện và báo cáo các vấn đề bất thường liên quan tới hang hóa, trang thiết bị, công cụ, dụng cụ trong kho cho Giám sát. Tuân thủ các quy định 5S, qui trình, an toàn lao động.
