• Provide first-level support to users and hotel guests for all internal hotel IT systems, minimizing any system outages.

• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues; Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
• To train end users for correct usage of IT systems and equipment and provide confidence for daily operational needs.
• Perform routine IT maintenance, security checks, and system updates.

• Proven working experience in handling Microsoft Windows workstation hardware and software.
• Knowledgeable in IT related Business domain environment
• Experienced setup and troubleshooting for Wifi, CCTV, and PABX systems.

The IT Stock Control Administrator is responsible for IT inventory management, including managing IT assets lifecycle and handle all related paper documents required based on IT standard policies and procedures, to ensure the accurate control of quantity, quality and adequate documents. The candidate will also work closely with account team to ensure the match and correct inventory record and coordinate regular inventory audits.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
I. IT PURCHASE ORDERS
• Daily tasks:
1. Monitor and coordinate with teams in departments/companies to manage purchase orders for incoming IT assets including quantity, delivery schedule, end-user’s information.
2. Enter data from purchase orders and keep tracking status in computer systems.
3. Liaise with teams in department and Warehouse Officer to verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are completed by hand-over minutes/required documents.
4. Keep and track documents related to purchasing.
5. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

1. Compile report weekly and monthly purchase orders status.
II. IT INVENTORY
• Daily tasks:
1. Monitor and coordinate with teams in departments/companies to ensure that all business operations (plan vs actual) have the right material at the right time, to achieve their objectives.
2. Prepare, deliver, track and handle all in inventory data (hard and softcopy) of IT assets lifecycle, is accuracy of 100%.
3. Manage and control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
4. Record stock pricing to ensure accuracy of product stock information.
5. Develop and optimize inventory stock control policies and procedures.

The Manager, Service Desk is responsible for leading a team of support representatives to enable the success and satisfaction of end user support. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that data from the end users is being reported properly throughout the organization along with ensuring the team is focused on the success of our platform and products. This position requires exceptionally strong time-management skills, leadership ability, strong verbal and written communication skills, superior customer service skills and strong technical abilities.
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting.
- Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and other IT resources.
- Support all related departments on music selection and proper setups in resort areas, get approval for music selection by GM and IT Manager.
- Related Report according to the IT Manager requirement.
- Other duties as assigned by IT Manager.

21. Maintain detailed log of all DP equipment (i.e. serial numbers, make, model, what software is on each P.C., etc.)

23. Evaluate requests for system enhancements, presentation of those requests and implementation if approved.

• Procedures are implemented and followed in the event of any problem encountered in software and hardware, they are addressed immediately.
• Routine system setups as may be required by software are performed and/or programs such as regular update of antivirus programs.
• Any departments of the hotel are assisted in formulating their IT material requirements and receiving adequate solutions to their needs.
• Regular training on IT security are provided and all PMS access passwords are regularly updated, automatic standby mode on servers and PMS activated and IT procedures are strictly followed by all employees of the hotel.
• The physical and logical security of IT system is ensured.
• Regular computer audits are performed to search for unauthorized programs, improper setup or loopholes in the security setup
• Daily, monthly back up procedures, are strictly performed to ensure the successful completion of the process and the safeguard of the backup tapes.
• The incident management policies and procedures are defined and updated by writing including action to be taken and persons to be contacted in case of an incident.
• Any problems encountered in software and hardware by all departments are attended and a register of such incidents is kept as well as the manner in which they have been solved.
• Other duties are performed as assigned by the Head of Management.
