Thực hiện công việc chuyên môn Cung cấp các sản phẩm tín dụng cho các đối tượng khách hàng: Tìm kiếm khách hàng và giới thiệu các sản phẩm dịch vụ của IVB đến khách hàng; Tiếp nhận nhu cầu vay vốn/cấp tín dụng của khách hàng; Lập đề xuất cấp tín dụng/ giải ngân; Đánh giá khoản đề xuất cấp tín dụng/ đề xuất giải ngân theo quy định; Theo dõi và giám sát tình hình sử dụng vốn của các khoản cấp tín dụng sau giải ngân. Tiếp thị và tư vấn các giao dịch liên quan khách hàng: Các sản phẩm huy động vốn, quản lý tài khoản, dịch vụ thanh toán đối với khách hàng, dịch vụ thẻ, ATM, POS, chi trả kiều hối đối với khách hàng, dịch vụ Ngân hang số, hoạt động ngoại hối, … và các dịch vụ khách hàng khác. Chăm sóc và quản lý tệp khách hàng sẵn có của Ngân hàng, tiếp thị và tìm kiếm khách hàng mới. Tham gia triển khai các chương trình thúc đẩy bán các sản phẩm dịch vụ; Thực hiện công tác bán hàng hiệu quả theo chương trình triển khai.  Thực hiện công tác quản lý khách hàng, đánh giá và phân loại khách hàng. Đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu quả kinh doanh, tuân thủ các quy định, quy trình nghiệp vụ liên quan :+ Cấp tín dụng: Duy trì và phát triển doanh số bán hàng theo kế hoạch. Kịp thời phát hiện và ngăn chặn các rủi ro, gian lận về hồ sơ tín dụng của khách hàng. Thực hiện công tác xử lý thu hồi nợ có vấn đề/ nợ quá hạn của khách hàng tại đơn vị.+ Sản phẩm, dịch vụ khác: tiếp thị, quản lý khách hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng theo quy định. Xây dựng, bảo vệ uy tín, phát triển thương hiệu hình ảnh của IVB với khách hàng, đối tác, cơ quan liên quan.  Tham gia các khóa đào tạo nghiệp vụ/ đào tạo khác do IVB tổ chức.2. Khác Báo cáo định kỳ/ đột xuất hoạt động của Phòng theo yêu cầu. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý/ Giám đốc Chi nhánh.

a. Mảng Hành chính (Admin):
• Quản lý, theo dõi và chịu trách nhiệm về văn phòng phẩm, công cụ dụng cụ, tài sản, trang thiết bị làm việc của công ty.
• Thực hiện các thủ tục hành chính liên quan đến công tác văn thư, lưu trữ hồ sơ, công văn đi/đến.
• Hỗ trợ tổ chức các sự kiện nội bộ, hội họp, đào tạo, sinh nhật nhân viên, tiệc công ty,...
• Thực hiện công tác hậu cần, đặt vé máy bay, khách sạn, công tác phí cho Ban Giám đốc và nhân viên.
b. Mảng Nhân sự (HR):
• Tuyển dụng: Tham gia vào quy trình tuyển dụng từ khâu đăng tin, sàng lọc hồ sơ, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn đến tiếp nhận nhân viên mới.
• Chế độ Phúc lợi: Hỗ trợ tính lương, theo dõi chấm công, quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên và thực hiện các thủ tục BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo đúng quy định.
• Đào tạo & Phát triển: Phối hợp triển khai các chương trình đào tạo nội bộ.
• Văn hóa doanh nghiệp: Đóng góp ý tưởng và hỗ trợ xây dựng môi trường làm việc tích cực, gắn kết.

• Giới thiệu và bán sản phẩm của công ty đang kinh doanh cho những khách hàng hiện tại và những khách hàng tiềm năng.
