Phát triển & Triển khai sản phẩm số• Tiếp nhận insight từ các đơn vị Kinh doanh, Sản phẩm, Dữ liệu để hiểu rõ nhu cầu khách hàng.• Chuyển hóa đặc thù sản phẩm tích lũy & đầu tư thành giải pháp số phù hợp.• Thiết kế và triển khai các tính năng số như dashboard PFM, khuyến nghị đầu tư, theo dõi mục tiêu tài chính.• Theo dõi hiệu quả sản phẩm, cải tiến liên tục dựa trên phản hồi khách hàng và kết quả kinh doanh.2. Quản lý Backlog & Agile Delivery• Quản lý backlog, định nghĩa user stories, sắp xếp ưu tiên theo chiến lược ngân hàng.• Làm việc cùng squad Agile (PO, Developer, Scrum Master) để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sprint.• Triển khai MVP, thử nghiệm, tối ưu và mở rộng sản phẩm trên toàn hệ thống.3. Hợp tác liên phòng ban & Đối tác• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các khối Kinh doanh, Ngân hàng số, Công nghệ, Dữ liệu, Rủi ro, Truyền thông, Tài chính để triển khai giải pháp.• Làm việc với đối tác nội bộ và bên ngoài (bảo hiểm, quỹ, fintech/insurtech/wealthtech) để tích hợp sản phẩm và nền tảng.• Cập nhật tiến độ, báo cáo kết quả cho Ban dự án và Ban điều hành.4. Quản trị thay đổi & Vận hành thực tế• Phối hợp đào tạo frontline và kênh phân phối về sản phẩm và hành trình số mới.• Hỗ trợ triển khai truyền thông nội bộ và truyền thông khách hàng.• Theo dõi KPIs: số lượng khách hàng tham gia, AUM, phí dịch vụ, mức độ gắn kết, NPS, tỷ lệ duy trì và tỷ lệ rời bỏ.
