Job Purpose• Manage weaknesses and risks in technology operations in the IT sector.• Participate in identifying, managing and coordinating with departments to propose appropriate measures to prevent and minimize risks that may occur in the technology sector.• Organize and implement tasks to ensure compliance in the technology sector with regulations of State agencies, regulations of the Bank and international standards on technology applied at the Bank.Key Accountabilities (1)1. Job PurposeThe job holder is responsible for building, managing, participating in the development of one of the following areas:a. IS Practice: Evaluate deployment, develop security solutions/Design, test information security/Ensure compliance with security standards (of Vietnam and International)b. Information Security Red team:- Implement the strategy to ensure information security: + Participate in the implementation of the Information Security strategy by providing input data on attack trends, forms of exploitation and risks arising in each period. + Participate in the implementation of the annual information security implementation plan, meet the business and operational needs of the bank through the implementation of information security testing programs for the technology activities of the Business. + Develop penetration testing methods, information security scanning scripts and security checks according to international standards such as OSSTMM, Sans and OWASP. + Develop new techniques, exploit scripts and programs for automated penetration testing- Perform test attack activities: + Directly perform vulnerability detection review, vulnerability assessment, and conduct penetration/exploit testing periodically or at the request of the Block leader for all systems/applications; Penetration testing for system/application after live detection or whenever undergoing a major change. Testing methods must ensure practicality including both technical (technology) and non-technical (people, processes, physical assets). From there, provide CISO as well as other Information Security departments to have programs to deal with the problems of system weaknesses that can be exploited. + Perform regular vulnerability scans, information security checks to find vulnerabilities in the system and provide remedial / remedial solutions; supports maintaining compliance with world security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SCP (swift). + Develop and manage vulnerability management program, threat intelligence database. • Khảo sát và tiếp nhận thông tin về luồng nghiệp vụ, hành vi, thói quen của khách hàng khi thực hiện nghiệp vụ công việc.• Phân tích, tổng hợp thông tin về nghiệp vụ đã thu thập và mô tả thành tài liệu nghiệp vụ.• Đào tạo nghiệp vụ cho các thành viên của dự án để đảm bảo tất cả thành viên hiểu và nắm rõ nghiệp vụ, luồng nghiệp vụ của khách hàng.• Xây dựng kịch bản dùng thử sản phẩm theo luồng nghiệp vụ.• Dùng thử thiết kế đảm bảo thiết kế đáp ứng tốt nhất yêu cầu của người sử dụng về nghiệp vụ và tính dễ dùng.• Dùng thử sản phẩm đảm bảo đáp ứng được nghiệp vụ, tính dễ dùng trước khi chuyển giao cho khách hàng.• Đào tạo nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên kinh doanh, nhân viên tư vấn, hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ sản phẩm.

Job Purpose:Responsible for designing and managing the enterprise data architecture that supports banking operations, analytics, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures that data systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy.Key Responsibilities:Data Architecture Strategy• Define and maintain the bank’s enterprise data architecture roadmap.• Align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and technology strategy.Collaboration• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, analytics, and business units to ensure cohesive data solutions.• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on data architecture decisions.Data Modeling & Integration• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for core banking systems, customer data, and financial products.• Oversee integration of data across systems.• Ensure consistency, reusability, and scalability of data models.Governance, Security & Compliance• Implement data governance frameworks including metadata management, data lineage, and master data management.• Ensure compliance with banking regulations.• Work with cybersecurity teams to enforce data security and privacy standards.Innovation & Optimization• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data architecture.• Promote automation, standardization, and best practices in data design.• Optimize data storage, access, and performance across platforms.

1. Business Relationship Management• Develop a strong relationship and work closely with the business community, leveraging commercial knowledge to drive the assessment of specific technology requirements to enable respective business functions.• Communicate findings to the Line Manager to ensure alignment with established business priorities, and to aid in: (1) formulating the right solution strategy for the Market and (2) managing the demand for IT solutions and services.• Provide effective communication to relevant parties.2. Change Management• Proactively looks for potential business improvements and supports designated business power users to formally raise requisite IT requests to support these business initiatives, ensuring compliance with JTI's IT process.• Conduct an initial assessment and provide timely feedback on potential issues/risks.• Responsible for analyzing and implementing subsequent requests for solution enhancements, as per JTI's IT process.• Supports the Line Manager in coordinating with project for respective implementation/modification of the IT systems. Actively contributes to the implementation of Market solutions covering the functionality required by business functions but not existing in the IT systems portfolio. Coordinating programming interfaces between these solutions and IT systems being part of the responsibility.3. Business Analysis• Through proactive business involvement, drive the completion of the detailed functional and technical analysis of business transformation and change initiatives.• Responsible for completing the required documentation, ensuring adherence to JTI quality standards. • Collect business requirements and convert into technical requirements.• Coordinate the sign-off process and assist with effort estimation. • Support the preparation of test scenarios and test cases4. Solution Design, Delivery and Project Management• Provide coordination support during the solution evaluation and selection process.• Successfully complete assigned tasks during solution design and delivery, in accordance with established JTI quality standards and best practices.• Assist in formulating the operational support model and in delivering the requisite knowledge transfer and solution documentation.• Assist in the planning and execution of solution implementation projects.• Coordinate onsite project activities and ensure that business operations are not adversely affected during project execution.• Provide project administration support, including but not limited to budget tracking, project documentation, task scheduling, and project logistics.• Assist IT Project Managers in assessing project go-live readiness• Support the local roll-out of IT solutions.5. Security, Business Continuity, Compliance & Governance• Through partnership with the IT user community, stay up-to-date on business initiatives requiring technology implementation, making sure that IT is involved from the initial stage.• Monitor compliance of IT solution implementation projects vis-a-vis IT standards, policies and procedures, and IT risk controls. • Supports the development, implementation and execution of the IT Services part of IT Service Continuity Plan• Contributes to the management of respective regular activities including review, testing and back-up resource planning• Assist in evaluating the feasibility of leveraging existing solutions to optimize expected benefits and total cost of ownership.• Provide the necessary support to evaluate the IT cost impact of solution(s) to be implemented, including comparative cost-benefit analysis.• Provide project budgeting support, ensuring compliance with JTI guidelines, policies and procedures.• Assists Line Manager in planning and execution of the IT budgets (for Business Application's systems/services) and any adjustments through budget process.6. Other: Supplier Management (Internal & External)• Establish effective working relationships with all internal IT Service providers.• Provide the necessary support to select qualified 3rd-party IT suppliers for solution delivery.• Coordinate relevant procurement and billing-related tasks, ensuring adherence to Operating Guidelines, policies and procedures.• Provide feedback on supplier performance.
