The opportunity:Logistics and Customs Operations Specialist is responsible for the successful end-to-end logistics operations and ensuring a high level of service and cost-effective movement of goods. Additionally, She/he is responsible to execute import/export customs operations for heavy lift, general cargo, and parcel orders. She/he takes full responsibility for the execution of G/C inbound and outbound orders, starting with the receipt of the IBD/OBD, co-ordination with LSPs and ending with the delivery of the cargo, respectively codification/approval of LSP invoices. She/he reviews the customs requirements as well as documentation and creates customs clearance instructions and uploading all relevant information and documentation in SAP GTS and submit to brokers. She/he supports the issue resolution for customs related matter until successfully closing the customs clearance. He/she works closely with the sourcing team to support the strategic sourcing process with the creation of spot RFIs and RFQ for G/C. Additionally, he/she is key to resolve and manage potential issues and claims with LSPs.How you’ll make an impact:- You will manage the end-to-end G/C transportation planning including the Vị trí này sẽ làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban nội bộ và khách hàng để đảm bảo triển khai dự án thành côngMÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:• Phối hợp với bộ phận tư vấn kinh doanh trong việc tư vấn và tiến hành demo để giới thiệu các giải pháp ERP cho khách hàng; • Khảo sát, thu thập và phân tích các yêu cầu của khách hàng liên quan đến quy trình và phối hợp với nhóm Công nghệ để cung cấp các giải pháp phù hợp; • Tham gia triển khai dự án ERP, đảm bảo cài đặt, cấu hình và vận hành hệ thống theo đúng kế hoạch của dự án; • Kiểm thử phần mềm ERP trước khi bàn giao cho khách hàng; • Hướng dẫn và đào tạo người dùng về hệ thống ERP; • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của ban quản lý;

1. Quản lý, phát triển năng lực và nguồn lực cho nhóm Khối lượng và Ngân sách • Lập kế hoạch, phân bổ, giám sát công việc trong nhóm • Thiết lập biểu mẫu, cơ sở dữ liệu phục vụ cho việc lập ngân sách • Kiểm soát chất lượng công việc, và kiểm soát tiến độ thực hiện bởi nhân viên cấp dưới hoặc đơn vị tư vấn. • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên cấp dưới về công tác chuyên môn và thực hiện theo các quy trình, biểu mẫu đã được ban hành.2. Lập/ kiểm tra quá trình cập nhật ngân sách • Lập/ kiểm tra ngân sách dựa trên bản vẽ thiết kế ý tưởng bao gồm bóc tách khối lượng, ráp giá, phân tích & so sánh giá • Phân tích, so sánh giá thành xây dựng của các phương án thiết kế để báo cáo cho quản lý phương án tối ưu về mặt chi phí • Cập nhật/ kiểm tra ngân sách của các dự án khi có thay đổi về công năng sử dụng, tiêu chuẩn bàn giao3. Quản lý việc kiểm soát ngân sách của các dự án được phân công • Kiểm tra việc cấp và kiểm soát ngân sách của các dự án được phân công • Kiểm tra việc lập báo cáo dòng tiền chi hàng tháng và báo cáo kiểm soát ngân sách hàng quý • Tham gia đào tạo và triển khai các hệ thống hiện hành/ mới của công ty4. Lập khối lượng phục vụ đấu thầu: • Lập khối lượng phục vụ đấu thầu • Phê duyệt các khối lượng phát sinh5. Kiểm toán công trình • Kiểm tra sự phù hợp của các Hồ sơ thanh toán do BP thanh toán thực hiện với Nhà thầu • Kiểm toán các quyết toán hợp đồng thi công xây lắp
