Purpose:To address the growing production volume of davits, winches, and boats (GRP & Aluminum), we are expanding our warehouse capabilities by recruiting a Warehouse Management Specialist. We are looking for a technically strong Python Developer to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for researchers and internal users by managing and resolving issues via our JIRA service desk. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency through automation and smart tooling, ensuring timely and effective support.To help manage the flow of issues and resolve them. For the more complex issues they can then redirect to the Devops team for their handling, but the support engineer must still keep ownership;To come up with solutions to improve the efficiency of resolving issues. This would include exploring the user of bots to automate some of the common tasks, as well as to write scripts to programmatically categorize and handle the tickets in the JIRA service desk.

1. To prevent the incidents & problems from happening by:Proactively address weaknesses, risks and problems on the App Ops then have remediation plan to mitigate it to improve quality of services.Periodically review and assess the weaknesses, risks of the App.2. Manage & hands-on incidents/problems solving activities:Manage the troubleshooting and directly handle the incidents & problems relating to the App.Analyze and conclude the root cause of the incidents & problems, define & implement the solutions to recover the services quickly and prevent them from repeating.3. Job Purpose- The job holder leads portfolio management by providing support in planning, coordination of financial objectives and deliverables for the portfolio of both traditional projects/initiatives implemented through Waterfall methodology and customer journey digitization initiatives implemented through Agile methodology.- The job holder collaborates with cross-functional teams within the Transformation Office and other divisions in the bank to ensure operational consistency across bank-wide initiatives in tracking and governing progress, managing resources and communicating with stakeholders.Key Accountabilities (1)A.
