MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:• Là đầu mối giữa Khối Ngân Hàng Số và các Bộ phận phát triển ứng dụng thuộc Khối CNTT để phân tích, đưa ra được tài liệu đặc tả yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, thiết kế các chức năng cho sản phẩm của Ngân Hàng Số: Internet banking, mobile banking và open API...• Phối hợp công việc với các Bộ phận phát triển ứng dụng trong quá trình xây dựng phần mềm, nghiên cứu, phát triển/ cải tiến các sản phẩm dịch vụ trên ứng dụng web và API dành cho KHCN & KHDN;• Phối hợp công việc với các Bộ phận phát triển ứng dụng trong quá trình xây dựng phần mềm (Trao đổi giải pháp, yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và các chức năng yêu cầu của bài toán ứng dụng)• Làm đầu mối giải quyết các vướng mắc trong quá trình thực hiện phát triển ứng dụng, xây dựng các công cụ, hướng dẫn sử dụng dịch vụ ngân hàng số;• Tư vấn, hỗ trợ giải đáp thắc mắc các bộ phận liên quan những vấn đề liên quan đến các sản phẩm dịch vụ ngân hàng số• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Giám đốc phòng.

1.1. Phân tích & tái thiết kế quy trình nhân sự- Khảo sát, phân tích các quy trình nghiệp vụ nhân sự hiện tại (tuyển dụng, đào tạo, lương thưởng, đánh giá, quản lý nhân tài, kế hoạch nhân sự, v.v.).- Xác định điểm nghẽn, cơ hội cải tiến và đề xuất giải pháp số hóa, tự động hóa.- Thiết kế quy trình mới phù hợp với chiến lược chuyển đổi số của ngân hàng.1.2. Triển khai hệ thống HR Tech & giải pháp số hóa:- Tham gia lập kế hoạch, tiến độ triển khai các sáng kiến chuyển đổi số trong lĩnh vực nhân sự.- Làm việc với Khối Công nghệ thông tin, Khối Dữ liệu để phát triển các hệ thống/phần mềm/công cụ hỗ trợ số hoá/tự động hoá trong lĩnh vực nhân sự.- Phối hợp với các đơn vị đầu mối để triển khai các giải pháp tích hợp các hệ thống HR Tech với Core HR, Core Banking và các nền tảng nội bộ khác.1.3. Quản trị & vận hành hệ thống:- Quản lý vận hành các hệ thống HR Tech hiệu quả, tối ưu. - Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để xử lý khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến các hệ thống HR Tech.1.4. Quản lý thay đổi & đào tạo người dùng:- Tổ chức đào tạo, hướng dẫn cán bộ nhân sự và người dùng cuối.- Xây dựng tài liệu hướng dẫn, quy trình vận hành hệ thống.- Hỗ trợ đơn vị triển khai áp dụng và thích nghi với công nghệ mới.1.5. Nghiên cứu & cải tiến liên tục:- Cập nhật xu hướng HR Tech, đề xuất ứng dụng công nghệ mới (AI, RPA, Chatbot, LLM, Data Analytics) vào nghiệp vụ nhân sự.- Đánh giá, cải tiến liên tục các giải pháp số hóa để nâng cao trải nghiệm nhân viên và hiệu quả quản trị.

This position requires independently managing multiple packaging projects while collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities:- This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.- Develop packaging concepts with a strong focus on form, function, cost, and the out-of-box experience- Release dielines and packaging part specifications into internal systems- Validate pallet loading efficiency and perform transit testing (ISTA or equivalent)- Work closely with global suppliers to evaluate new materials and technologies- Lead root cause analysis and resolve packaging-related issues- Drive continuous improvement and support both sustainability and cost optimization initiatives- Travel domestically and internationally to supplier sites as needed to support collaboration and project timelines.
