Contributing to the implementation of our software product to meet customer needs in the area of automated warehouse and distribution solutions;Analysing user requirements and coordinate with project stakeholders to provide comprehensive spec in early phase of project;Design and execute manual test cases during iterations;Implement and execute Software Integration Test, System Test to ensure quality; (subsystems/robotics interaction and operator user interfaces)Documentation of the solution and creation of user manuals;Go onsite integration (EU, Dubai, KSA, etc.) of our software with other subsystems/robotics and the customer‘s systems at the customer side;Close collaboration with our customers, our software teams in Germany, Switzerland and other countries during the projects;Take ownership on quality gate to ensure project will be transit to Customer Service/Operation phase smoothly;Coordinate with local team and international teams to handle customer support activities;Incident and problem management;Go onsite (EU, Dubai, KSA, etc.) to train and support the customer in terms of warehouse operation.

Receive and analyze high-level functional requirements from product managers or customers, then propose suitable technical/functional solutions Prepare detailed specifications with wireframes, workflows, and business rules for user stories, and hand over to development and QC teams Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), validate user stories, and ensure delivered features bring clear business value to end customers Train and guide users on new features, processes, and system usage Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate status updates to stakeholders

Handles personnel actions including performance reviews, salary recommendations, and coordination of training and development;Provide the technical governance of the team and ensures its efficiency and the good communication with the other teams, external and internalPromote the continuous improvement process within the product’s life cycle;Participate in department budgeting activities as requiredJOB DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONSSupervise and lead a team of Software Test Engineers in planning, executing, and managing comprehensive testing strategies for software products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, test cases, and testing timelines.Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the test team delivers high-quality and defect-free software.Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and resolve testing-related issues.Conduct and oversee various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.Implement and maintain test automation following best practice and recommended frameworks from the global testing team to enhance testing efficiency and reuse.Analyze test results and work towards continuous improvement of testing processes.Stay informed about industry trends, testing tools, and best practices, encourage the team to be innovative and to foster new patent proposal.Participate to the regular CMB meeting for reporting the evolution of the development and bug-fixing. Help the director to define the budget and resources plan including selection of SW and HW tools needed for the work. Prepare weekly reports for the direct director highlighting the major achievements, issues and risks related to the development. Provide training for new resources added to the team and planning and monitoring activities to improve the team know-how. Manage internal conflict and found appropriate solution.

Design, deploy, and automate infrastructure (on-prem and cloud: AWS/GCP/VNG Cloud) with a focus on availability, scalability, cost efficiency, and security.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline deployment workflows and accelerate software delivery.Manage and optimize Kubernetes and Docker environments for mission-critical services.Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions to deliver observability, reliability, and SLA/SLO compliance.Apply cloud security and compliance best practices aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO27001, SOX404, ITGC).Lead reliability engineering initiatives, including incident response, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.Continuously improve DevOps workflows, scalability, and reliability, automation, and development productivity.
