***MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC• Theo dõi tài khoản vốn, dòng tiền, tỷ giá, hợp đồng ngoại tệ, doanh thu, chi phí.• Kê khai và nộp các loại thuế (GTGT, TNDN, TNCN, thuế nhà thầu, lệ phí môn bài…).• Quản lý, kiểm kê, trích khấu hao tài sản cố định, công cụ dụng cụ.• Lập báo cáo tài chính tháng, quý, năm, báo cáo quản trị nội bộ. Phối hợp với bộ phận IT trên FAST hoàn thành báo cáo CFS của VIMC• Chuẩn bị hồ sơ kiểm toán, quyết toán thuế, làm việc với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, ngân hàng• Tổ chức, điều hành và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động kế toán – tài chính của công ty theo quy định của Luật Kế toán Việt Nam, Chuẩn mực kế toán (VAS) và quy định nội bộ của công ty• Tham gia xây dựng quy trình nội bộ, phân quyền kế toán, quy chế tài chính, chính sách chi tiêu.• Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và kiểm soát công việc của đội ngũ nhân viên kế toán tại chi nhánh.

- Oversee the purchasing and bidding process, ensuring the requested schedule, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with internal policies- Receive and review purchase requests. Report purchasing progress.- Actively seek potential vendors, and conduct vendor surveys and evaluations to develop and maintain a qualified vendor database.- Build and maintain collaboration with vendors, strengthening effective communication and collaboration.- Review and negotiate purchasing contracts, securing the Company's most favorable terms and conditions.- Follow up with vendors’ performance progress in collaboration with request departments and reports.- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader and manager.
