Nhận diện và kiểm soát rủi ro eKYC (30%)- Đánh giá các rủi ro phát sinh từ nền tảng và quy trình eKYC (bao gồm: đối chiếu khuôn mặt, nhận diện ký tự quang học - OCR, xác thực liveness, kiểm tra giấy tờ tùy thân, v.v.)- Rà soát và thẩm định thiết kế cũng như việc vận hành các biện pháp kiểm soát eKYC trên ứng dụng ngân hàng số, ngân hàng trực tuyến và các kênh hỗ trợ- Đánh giá mức độ rủi ro của các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ eKYC bên thứ ba, đảm bảo phù hợp với khung quản trị rủi ro của ngân hàng3. Giám sát và báo cáo tuân thủ (40%)- Theo dõi, giám sát hoạt động của hệ thống eKYC nhằm phát hiện các dấu hiệu bất thường hoặc hành vi gian lận (ví dụ: sử dụng giấy tờ giả, deepfake, mạo danh…)- Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan và cơ quan chức năng để giám sát rủi ro gian lận, theo dõi tỷ lệ lỗi trong quy trình eKYC- Cảnh báo kịp thời các điểm yếu, rủi ro hoặc vi phạm liên quan đến eKYC đến cấp quản lý- Phối hợp với các đơn vị chức năng chịu trách nhiệm về phòng chống gian lận, an ninh CNTT và tuân thủ để điều tra các vụ việc nghi vấn hoặc gian lận danh tính- Thực hiện phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và tham gia đánh giá sau sự cố; chủ động đề xuất các biện pháp cải tiến và tăng cường kiểm soát rủi ro4. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công.
