Expect to own big technical challenges, mentor talented engineers, and shape our strategy from the ground up. If you love working at the intersection of deep tech, creativity, and impact — this is your place. What You’ll Do Working time: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm with an hour break for lunch. Build the Core: Architect and deploy 3D reconstruction systems from 2D inputs using neural rendering, geometry, and mesh processing (Open3D, TripoSR, Wonder3D). Ship at Scale: Develop MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring on GPU infrastructure — reliable, fast, and production-ready. Experiment & Innovate: Prototype the latest 3D vision and generative AI ideas, run experiments, and bring state-of-the-art methods into production. Lead & Mentor: Guide engineers, review code, and champion best practices in ML engineering, testing, and documentation. Collaborate: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn business needs into scalable, elegant technical solutions.
