• Thiết kế và tối ưu các hệ thống cung cấp dịch vụ VoIP, tích hợp giải pháp VoIP trên các nền tảng và ứng dụng khác như AI.• Nghiên cứu giải pháp, ứng dụng mới cho dịch vụ VOIP, sử dụng và phát triển các tính năng, công cụ mới trên nền System Linux, Softswitch, Kamailio, WebRTC, Freeswitch.• Cài đặt và Quản trị hệ thống server dịch vụ VoIP trên nền tảng Linux/Windows, Vmware, Openstack Cloud.• Tương tác, phối hợp với các Telco trong nước và quốc tế đảm bảo kết nối cung cấp dịch vụ VoIP liên tục đến khách hàng.• Quản lý vận hành và khai thác hệ thống tổng đài VoIP cung cấp dịch vụ cho Doanh Nghiệp.• Lựa chọn làm việc tại 1 trong 2 địa điểm: • Tầng 8, Sảnh A, Tòa FPT Tower, Số 10 Phạm Văn Bạch, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội• Lô 37-39A, đường 19, Khu chế xuất Tân Thuận, P.Tân Thuận Đông, Quận 7, TP.Hồ Chí Minh
