Mục tiêu công việc: Thực hiện các hoạt động liên quan đến xây dựng và triển khai cơ chế bảo mật dữ liệu, đảm bảo an toàn, tuân thủ và bảo vệ dữ liệu trong suốt vòng đời, theo quy định pháp luật và tiêu chuẩn quốc tế (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP, ISO 27001, GDPR...).Phối hợp với các đơn vị Quản trị dữ liệu, An ninh thông tin, Rủi ro và Tuân thủ để triển khai hiệu quả các chính sách, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn và công cụ bảo mật dữ liệu trong phạm vi được phân công, góp phần đảm bảo hoạt động quản trị dữ liệu toàn hàng được vận hành liên tục, an toàn và hiệu quả.2. Nhiệm vụ/trách nhiệm chính:i. Thiết kế và triển khai Data Security Framework thống nhất trên toàn tổ chức.ii. Quản lý các hoạt động bảo mật dữ liệu theo vòng đời dữ liệu (data lifecycle):• Phân loại và gắn nhãn dữ liệu (Data Classification & Tagging)• Mã hóa và quản lý khóa (Encryption & Key Management)• Ẩn danh, che dấu dữ liệu (Masking, Tokenization)• Quản lý truy cập và phân quyền (Access Control, IAM, ABAC/RBAC)• Giám sát và phát hiện rò rỉ dữ liệu (DLP, Monitoring, Incident Response)iii. Xây dựng và cập nhật chính sách, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn bảo mật dữ liệu, phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đơn vị IT Security, Data Governance, QTRR và Tuân thủ.iv. Tham gia triển khai, đánh giá và kiểm soát tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và bảo mật thông tin.v. Đào tạo, nâng cao nhận thức về bảo mật dữ liệu cho các đơn vị kinh doanh và kỹ thuật.vi. Xây dựng báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình an ninh dữ liệu, cảnh báo sớm rủi ro và kế hoạch cải thiện cho Ban Lãnh đạo.

Thiết kế và xây dựng pipeline dữ liệu: Kỹ sư dữ liệu chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, phát triển và tối ưu hóa các luồng xử lý dữ liệu (ETL/ELT) để chuyển đổi, tải và tích hợp dữ liệu từ các hệ thống nguồn (như hệ thống ngân hàng lõi, CRM, ERP) vào Data Lake. Mục tiêu đảm bảo dữ liệu được xử lý một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả.Quản lý và bảo trì hệ thống dữ liệu: Đảm bảo rằng hệ thống Data Lake hoạt động ổn định, thực hiện bảo trì thường xuyên và cải tiến hiệu suất hệ thống khi cần thiết, bao gồm việc giám sát dữ liệu, phát hiện và khắc phục sự cố, cũng như tối ưu hóa hiệu suất hệ thống.Xử lý và tích hợp dữ liệu lớn (Big Data): Với khối lượng dữ liệu lớn, kỹ sư dữ liệu cần sử dụng các công nghệ Big Data như Apache Hadoop, Spark hoặc Kafka

Tham gia quy hoạch, thiết kế chi tiết, triển khai hạ tầng công nghệ và triển khai các ứng dụng CNTT/CĐS của VNPT Net trên hệ sinh thái dữ liệu lớn (Big Data) (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Zookeeper, IBM,…) cũng như vận hành, quản trị các ứng dụng Big Data, đảm bảo yêu cầu về hiệu năng, tính dễ mở rộng, chất lượng dữ liệu, khả năng truy cập của các ứng dụng phân tích, khai thác dữ liệu lớn;Phối hợp với BA và Dev để chuyển đổi các yêu cầu người dùng thành các giải pháp công nghệ và tham gia xây dựng các ứng dụng trên nền tảng Big Data đã triển khai với các cấu trúc dữ liệu phức tạp, dung lượng lớn;Nghiên cứu các xu hướng công nghệ Big Data mới, đánh giá tính phù hợp, khả thi và khả năng áp dụng tại môi trường VNPT Net để tăng hiệu quả công việc;Tham mưu cho các cấp lãnh đạo về quy định, chính sách đầu tư triển khai, tích hợp nền tảng Big Data.

Xây dựng & quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu:-- Thiết kế, tối ưu hóa các mô hình dữ liệu phục vụ phân tích.- Viết truy vấn SQL để trích xuất, tổng hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn dữ liệu khác nhau (Datawarehouse/DataLake/ hoặc các nguồn khác).- Hỗ trợ xây dựng và quản lý pipeline dữ liệu tự động.3. Hỗ trợ phân tích chuyên sâu:- Phân tích xu hướng thị trường, hành vi khách hàng, hiệu quả chiến dịch để đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu.- Hỗ trợ các phòng ban trong việc sử dụng dữ liệu để đưa ra quyết định kinh doanh.4. Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác:- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các team IT, Kinh doanh, Marketing, Rủi ro để đảm bảo dữ liệu được sử dụng hiệu quả.- Đề xuất các phương pháp phân tích dữ liệu mới nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dự báo.5. Thực hiện các công việc chuyên môn liên quan khác theo phân giao của cấp quản lý.
