Vị trí sẽ được đào tạo và nâng cao chuyên môn, tham gia vào nhiều dự án khác nhau, có cơ hội tiếp xúc với các lĩnh vực và các môi trường khác nhau, nâng cao khả năng linh động và thích nghi.• Thực hiện các công việc về cơ, điện, điện lạnh được giao và tham gia kết hợp giải quyết, hoàn thành các công việc liên quan đến chuyên môn của mình.• Bảo đảm vận hành đúng các hệ thống (HVAC, ĐHKK, Điện, PCCC cũng như các hệ thống cơ điện khác trong phạm vi văn phòng, nhà máy) theo kiến thức chuyên môn của mình, theo nội dung được huấn luyện và/hoặc theo tài liệu/ hoặc theo quy trình có sẵn.• Báo cáo, đề xuất phương án xử lý lên cấp trên khi thấy có thiết bị vận hành không bình thường, các hư hỏng, lỗi, vận hành kém hiệu quả của thiết bị trong phạm vi mình được giao trách nhiệm theo dõi.• Có khả năng thay mặt cấp trên của mình làm công việc giám sát việc sửa chữa – Bảo trì thiết bị cơ điện được thực hiện bởi nhà thầu.• Ghi chép và lưu trữ đầy đủ vào hồ sơ các công việc, tình trạng trang thiết bị được giao vận hành.• Trong trường hợp khẩn, cần thiết, có thể thực hiện một số việc ngoài lĩnh vực chuyên môn của mình• Tham gia, xử lý bất cứ báo động cháy nào xảy ra.• Hiểu rõ các nội quy, quy định an toàn lao động và thực hiện nghiêm túc.• Có ý thức và thực hiện công tác vệ sinh khu vực làm việc sau khi hoàn thành. Luôn giữ vẻ bề ngoài tươm tất, vệ sinh, đặc biệt khi tiếp xúc với khách hàng.• Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao
