The Senior Scrum Master acts as a Guide/Coach for multiple teams, taking responsibility for large products/releases involving several teams and departments. Finance senior will onsite in Bac Ninh factory and report to Finance Assistant Manager.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDeputy ERP Leader :- Support set up and build data, core master, core logic of ERP system. - Assist in implementing ERP across all procedures and daily operations in Vietnam.- Support review ERP closing jobs monthly and yearly to ensure accurate monthly and annual financial activities and reporting focusing on product costing, cost and variance analysis as well as preparation of operational key success factors- Review accounting activities like costs booking, invoices, payables, and receivables with accounting team.- Handle additional tasks related to ERP systems as assigned..Finance :- Perform daily operation activities. Ensure document checking for inbound cost. Managing inventory including system and physical count.- Management of cost reporting and cost management including standard costing within Vietnam reporting as well as product costing based on the groups’ standard calculation format.- Work closely with all department to verify data, monitor, control and plan inventories of raw material, consumables, and indirect materials to control and improve consumption costs.- Controlling scrap rate, loss rate, BOM of product goods in the field of Wood, Corrugated, extrusion and Thermoforming in house.- Prepair of product calculations for feasibility analysis as well as pricing purposes.- Checking and controlling the actual manufacturing processes, ensuring the costing system reflecting actual manufacturing situationControlling job:- Analyze, and evaluate compliance control results to identify issues and propose solutions to minimize violations, prevent non-compliance, and enhance overall adherence.- Develop and improve processes, internal policies related to the assigned area, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and adherence to the company's rules and policies.- Execute other tasks assigned by the Finance Assistant Manager.

• Administer, operate, and optimize Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, GPO.• Manage and deploy Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and related services.• Administer and optimize Linux Servers (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu, Oracle linux) for business applications.• Manage and operate VMware vSphere/ESXi, including backup, snapshot, HA/DRS.• Monitor performance, capacity, and system logs; troubleshoot infrastructure and virtualization issues.• Participate in infrastructure projects: server, storage, backup, DR site implementation and upgrades.• Collaborate with the security team to implement information security measures (patching, hardening, access control).• Prepare technical documents, checklists, operational procedures, and periodic reports.• Provide internal support for infrastructure-related services (user accounts, access rights, mail servers, file servers, etc.).

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH:1. Hoạch định Chiến lược & Kế hoạch Kiểm thử (Strategy & Test Planning):• Xây dựng chiến lược và lộ trình kiểm thử hiệu năng tổng thể cho các dự án, phù hợp với kiến trúc hệ thống và mục tiêu kinh doanh.• Lập kế hoạch kiểm thử chi tiết: xác định phạm vi, phương pháp tiếp cận, tài nguyên, và các mốc thời gian quan trọng cho từng giai đoạn.• Chủ động nghiên cứu và phân tích sâu tài liệu nghiệp vụ, kỹ thuật (BRD, SAD, PRD) để xác định các yêu cầu phi chức năng (NFRs) và các rủi ro về hiệu năng.• Thiết kế bộ kịch bản kiểm thử hiệu năng (Performance Test Scenarios) toàn diện, mô phỏng chính xác các hành vi sử dụng thực tế trong giờ cao điểm và các tình huống cực đoan.2. Xây dựng và Thực thi (Scripting & Execution):• Là người thực thi chính trong việc xây dựng, tùy chỉnh và bảo trì các kịch bản kiểm thử (test scripts) phức tạp trên các công cụ chuyên dụng như JMeter.• Chịu trách nhiệm thực thi các bài kiểm thử hiệu năng đa dạng: Load Test, Stress Test, Spike Test, Endurance Test.• Thiết lập, quản lý môi trường và chuẩn bị các bộ dữ liệu lớn (test data) để đảm bảo tính chính xác của kết quả kiểm thử.3. Phân tích và Tối ưu hóa (Analysis & Optimization):• Chịu trách nhiệm phân tích sâu kết quả kiểm thử, theo dõi các chỉ số hệ thống (CPU, Memory, Network I/O, Database performance) bằng các công cụ monitoring.• Xác định chính xác các điểm nghẽn cổ chai (bottlenecks) trong hệ thống và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ (root cause analysis).• Đóng vai trò cố vấn chuyên môn, tư vấn và đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện hiệu năng cho đội ngũ phát triển và kiến trúc sư hệ thống.• Xây dựng các báo cáo phân tích hiệu năng chi tiết, trực quan và thuyết phục cho các bên liên quan.
