The Associate Director, Divisional Controls is a common point of expertise and provides first line controls, compliance and risk assurance support to management of their aligned business. This role is critical in driving risk and controls awareness, understanding, and change to create a centre of excellence for controls including the uplift of NAB's controls infrastructure. The role assists management to develop adequate systems and controls to identify, assess, quantify and manage the risks in the relevant business.​ This role will be specifically aligned to the Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO) Chief Operating Office (COO) and Enterprise Technology teams. Thực hiện mô tả hàng hóa và áp mã HS code cho các sản phẩm xuất nhập khẩu. 3. Làm thủ tục kiểm định cho hàng cont, hàng tàu nhập khẩu (nếu có) 4. Kết hợp với Giao dịch viên để giám sát giá vận tải quốc tế 5. Gửi list hàng về theo từng hợp đồng cho các bộ phận liên quan6. Cập nhật các văn bản mới của nhà nước liên quan đến Hải quan, hướng dẫn cho các nhân viên Khai báo hải quan, nhân viên Hải quan hiện trường và các khách hàng của công ty.

Quản lý công tác thanh - quyết toán: Lập danh mục hồ sơ cần hoàn thiện và kiểm tra Hồ sơ thanh quyết toán do Nhà thầu đệ trình.11. Our products are airplane components manufactured with specialized technology.We are welcome the potential candidate for filling the position of Facility control staff.- Supporting installation of electrical Machines and Equipments when necessary.- Control and negosiate for constructe in the factory area.- Checking electrical and mechanical systems in the factory.- Making for periodical maintenance plan for Machines and electrical systems in the factory.- Making the daily / weekly / monthly reports on Equipment situation.- Performing periodicial checking for all Equipments according to plan.- Making countermeasures to improve machine's performance and Making sure that the Machine system works smoothly.- Repairing Machines when have any problem, investigate and analyze the problem of the Machines to find out countermeasures.- Ensuring the quality of the Machines.- Supervising and making structure mechanical and electrical drawings of Equipments.- Updating and monitoring the maintenance plan and calibration of the Machines.- Preparing documents for Audit.- Other tasks as required from Direct Manager.

Manage project change requests efficiently to adapt to evolving requirements.• Documentation & SDLC Support: Produce comprehensive system/feature specifications, user stories/backlogs, business rules, and wireframes. Maintain crucial documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).• UI/UX Contribution: Ensure product designs adhere to high standards of usability, accessibility, and user experience, fostering intuitive and user-centered outcomes.• Problem Solving: Conduct thorough analysis to identify underlying issues, determine root causes, and develop strategic, actionable solutions to address challenges effectively.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, including UX/UI designers for creating design mockups and wireframes, to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.• UAT Test Scenarios & Support: Develop test scenarios for UAT and provide essential support to clients during the UAT phase, ensuring solutions meet their needs accurately.
