To ensure the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of CLAAS Machines by providing high-quality technical support, consultation, and training to dealers and customers. This position aims to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize machine performance in Vietnam & Laos Market.• Supporting dealer service engineers (if planned) and end customers in the repair, assembly and commissioning of Claas machines. • Conducting induction training for the end customer's operating staff.
