Job SummaryThe Legal – Admin – HR Senior will oversee and manage all legal, administrative, and human resource activities to ensure the Company’s operations comply with local laws, corporate policies, and best practices. This role requires strong legal knowledge, and excellent administrative skills. The position acts as a trusted advisor to management on compliance, labor law, and internal processes, while ensuring smooth day-to-day support for the organization.Key Job Responsibilities1. Legal & Compliance• Provide legal advice and support on contracts, agreements, corporate matters, and regulatory issues.• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, employment agreements, and company policies.• Ensure the Company’s operations comply with local labor laws, corporate law, and other applicable regulations and Laws.• Manage legal risks and liaise with external law firms when required.• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on necessary actions.• Maintain company licenses, registrations, and statutory records.2. Human Resources (HR)• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding.• Advise management and employees on HR policies, labor law, and best practices.• Develop and implement HR procedures, and policies aligned with business objectives.• Manage compliance with labor and insurance laws.• Handle terminations in compliance with local law.3. Administration• Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and vendor management.• Manage contracts with service providers, landlords, and suppliers.• Support budgeting and cost control for administrative and HR functions.4. Cross-functional Support• Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders (government authorities, law firms, auditors, suppliers).• Provide strategic input to the management team on risk management, compliance planning.• Contribute to company culture by promoting integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
