Quản trị môi trường & cấu phần hệ thống: Quản lý các môi trường UAT, Prod Mirror, Production; đảm bảo hoạt động an toàn, ổn định; thực hiện refresh môi trường, hoán đổi HA, diễn tập DR, triển khai bản vá lỗi, cập nhật dữ liệu/tham số trên Production. Giám sát & tối ưu hiệu năng: Phân tích, giám sát, phối hợp với nhà thầu FIS để tối ưu xử lý; nghiên cứu phát triển công cụ lưu log, giám sát, phân tích hiệu năng; tham gia kiểm thử kỹ thuật trong quá trình phát triển. Bảo mật & tuân thủ: Quản lý các cấu phần bảo mật, phối hợp với TTCNTT duy trì cơ chế bảo mật; nghiên cứu, triển khai giải pháp tăng cường bảo mật; xây dựng, cập nhật quy trình, báo cáo tình hình vận hành, đề xuất giải pháp xử lý sự cố. 2.2. Nhóm Quản trị tham số và dữ liệu Core Banking: 2 chỉ tiêu. Quản trị tham số: Khai báo, cập nhật, kiểm thử và quản lý tham số Core Profile trên các môi trường (trừ Production – chỉ thực hiện theo phê duyệt BGĐ). Bao gồm tham số phân quyền, giao dịch, hạn mức, CUVAR, Override, Restriction… Quản trị dữ liệu & ứng dụng hỗ trợ: Vận hành hệ thống CPMS, TPTeller, các ứng dụng hỗ trợ (báo cáo đối soát, website Core…), bảo đảm tính toàn vẹn dữ liệu, kiểm soát chất lượng dữ liệu; quản lý SIT/UAT/Prod Mirror. Thực hiện chỉnh sửa dữ liệu, cung cấp dữ liệu/báo cáo đột xuất theo yêu cầu nghiệp vụ. Đề xuất, xây dựng và hoàn thiện quy chế, quy định, quy trình về quản lý và vận hành Kiến trúc tổng thể CNTT trong toàn hệ thống 3. Tham mưu, đào tạo và báo cáo chuyên môn: Tham mưu, xây dựng các báo cáo chuyên đề và tài liệu nghiên cứu – phân tích – đánh giá phục vụ Hội đồng quản trị, Ban Điều hành, Phó TGĐ phụ trách khối và các Ủy ban chuyên môn. Biên soạn, giảng dạy và đào tạo nội bộ về Kiến trúc tổng thể CNTT, góp phần phát triển năng lực kiến trúc và công nghệ trong toàn hệ thống BIDV. Tham gia, hỗ trợ công tác truyền thông, đào tạo và triển khai thực thi Kiến trúc CNTT, đồng thời làm đầu mối trong các tổ công tác, dự án theo phân công của Ban Giám đốc.

- Thiết kế mô hình hệ thống, mối quan hệ với các hệ thống khác- Phân lớp các module, chức năng- Công nghệ áp dụng triển khai cho từng module trong hệ thống- Xác định luồng dữ liệu ra vào giữa các hệ thống - Xác định phương pháp lưu trữ, lựa chọn công nghệ cho sản phẩm cụ thể- Thực hiện Proof Of Concept mức tổng thểThiết kế chi tiết các hệ thống CNTT- Thiết kế CSDL- Thiết kế luồng xử lý nghiệp vụ chức năng- Thiết kế giao diện (giao diện màn hình, validation, luồng màn hình, layout báo cáo,…)- Thiết kế biểu đồ luồng dữ liệu, biểu đồ lớp, các tiện ích và các tài liệu đặc tả chương trình khác ( đặc tả bản tin, đặc tả file, …).- Thiết kế API, Lớp, hàm- Xây dựng tài liệu đặc tả kĩ thuật trong các bài toán theo yêu cầu- Thực hiện Proof Of Concept mức ứng dụngĐảm bảo tính tương thích, tính phối hợp hoạt động, tính ổn định và tính khả dụng của kiến trúc giải pháp.- Thiết kế mô hình triển khai logic, vật lý ( yêu cầu cụ thể về cấu hình thiết bị, có bao nhiêu node, mô hình kết nối tác node, …)- Thiết kế các phương án dự phòng hệ thống.- Thiết kế các phương án sao lưu, khôi phục, xử lý lỗi.- Thiết kế ATTT hệ thốngNghiên cứu và thử nghiệm công nghệ- Rà soát, đánh giá đưa ra các đề xuất cải tiến, tối ưu cho  sản phẩm- Xác định chiến lược đầu tư công nghệ để hỗ trợ phát triển kiến trúc sản phẩm và tối đa hoá lợi tức đầu tư công nghệ- Thử nghiệm công nghệ mới, báo cáo và đưa vào định hướng công nghệ trong tương laiLà người rà soát cuối cùng về giải pháp kỹ thuật của dự án
