In this role, you’ll transform discovery outputs into living, AI-powered documentation, prototypes, and backlogs. You’ll also play a hands-on role in designing user interfaces and screen flows—leveraging AI tools to speed up design, validation, and iteration. To truly understand our product and customers, you will also take part in customer support, learning user needs firsthand and gaining deep product knowledge. By combining analysis, design, testing awareness, and support, you’ll help eliminate traditional silos and create a truly agile process. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Business AnalysisUse AI to draft, refine, and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and BA assets.Help design screens and user journeys with AI-assisted prototyping and wireframing.Translate discovery and gap-analysis outputs from the Australian Customer Success team into a clear, prioritised backlog.Refine and clarify requirements into actionable tasks for developers and testers.Define user stories and testable acceptance criteria.Document user journeys, data flows, edge cases, and interface requirements.Produce BA assets: detailed stories, wireframes/mockups, API/interface specs, and data-mapping rules, etc.Collaborate with QA to build test plans and UAT scripts.Prepare and run internal demos; capture feedback and update the backlog.Provide customer-facing support to understand needs and feed insights directly into design and backlog.Project ManagementBuild and maintain delivery plans, sprint goals and resources to deliver on time.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies and weekly syncs across Australia and Vietnam.Track scope, schedule, budget and quality; publish concise status reports with next actions.Coordinate releases (cutover/rollback plans, release notes and stakeholder communications).Drive continuous improvement in ceremonies, metrics and throughput.
